didnt like very much here, no good if you cme to london to see the sights, bathrooms are disgusting, beds are really bad and the carpet i dont think have ever been vacuumed. the ceiling is moulding off i know this cause parts of it fell on my bedand you will be lucky to even find toilet paper in the bathrooms..... not a very nice maybe ok for a night but thats about it.

the location was good - just a few minutes walk from Manor House Station, still in zone 2! Accommodation was simple, but nice. Simple breakfast of cereal with milk was a nice touch, as well as the tea and coffee available in the room. Good budget choice.

Pub downstairs was very cosy and the stuff was absolutely great! It can be a bit noisy if your room is just next to the road. However even that can be fixed with earplugs. There is a very good supermarket just opposite the hostel and metro is just few miutes walk away. Really comfortable and reasonable for this price.

Used towels sometimes retired and not given clean so no shower for 2 days, remember to bring yours from home if you don't want to face problems. Great public transport service. Rooms not cleaned at all.

Advantages: sink, fridge and microwave provided in the room, good location, close to shops and undergound. Disadvantages: big but really uncomfortable bed, the room was quite cold, baths were not very clean.

Price resonable with breakfast, boiler, refrigator, tv and share toliet. A bar also check-in counter on ground floor and the drink is good. A 750 m or 10 mins walk from Manor House station.

Seems that the hotel is currently under refurbishment so new equipments (shared shower, carpet, flooring) but can be noisy for those who want to sleep more than 8-9am a Saturday. Otherwise, the room (#26) fitted a double bed while it was meant for a single (so you can imagine the space you have)! Bed lining and floor of the room was a bit dusty. Some user's comments left spoke about the proximity of station but beware it is the train station and not the tube station (600m away) otherwise plenty of buses near hotel. Inconvenient for the early birds that leave the hotel earlier than the opening of the bar (hotel is on top of a bar but bar was not loud) so not sure where to leave the keys (personally left them on the bed).

It is on a good locaion, just a few minutetes from the subway station. I wish that they have a bit better beds, otherwise was pretty cool place. Like the bar just downstairs from our room.

It was relatively clean, the workers were nice, but the beds were uncomfortable. It was about a 10 min walk to the nearest underground.
