Margarita DimitrovaI stayed there with my family and during our stay the weather was cold and windy but in the hostel it was very warm. The 24 h front desk was nice and the stuff was helpful. It was quiet because it's not on the main street, but if your neighbors are noisy and don't close their doors carefully they will wake you up in the middle of the night. And the breakfast is really light - toasted bread with butter and jam, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee, milk, juice and tea. |

Customer reviewGood location, lovely quiet street. But....breakfast was average, all self-service including hard ( very hard) cold (last weeks?) boiled eggs. Room in basement was stuffy and noisy (next to staff kitchen, so be prepared to be woken around 7.30), but it was cleaned every day with fresh towels. |

Steven WrightA clean and functional place. Tiny rooms, but perfectly reasonable to provide a place to sleep after exploring the city. Not good to hang out in, but why would you when there are so many things to see and do around London. Couldn't be better placed - easy access to tubes and buses. Notting Hill is a safe area of London (I lived around here in the past) |

Frank BabunekPoor in one respect, one was not allowed to make a local phonecall to an outside line, even when offered to pay for it. There are no working phoneboxes nearby ( only broken ones), so we could not contact anyone in London. |

Josko ViskicGreat place to stay, at first they gave us a not so good room but when we complained we got the best one in the hotel no extra charge (ask for room no. 9 :) Great value, exellent location, would definately stay there again. |

Customer reviewLocation is very convenient to restaurants, stores and the tube. Staff is very friendly and very helpful! Room was very clean and was cleaned and tidied every day. Breakfast was above average and included hard boiled eggs and juice as well as milk, toast, muesli and tea and coffee. |

Customer reviewI really liked the location. It's easy to reach by tube and a few minutes walk to the famous portobello road and Hyde Park. The tube takes you directly to the centre of london without having to change between subway lines. The hotel is really clean, the staff is friendly and if your room is at the back of the hotel you have a nice view. The only drawback was the shower getting cold every now and then because all guests are showering at the same time. |

Brande KitzbergerThis room had a nice view of buildings to the North (3rd floor). Very little counter space in room and especially the bathroom. No elevator that we saw. Good breakfast that included ceral, tea, coffee, toast and one morning we had hard boiled eggs. |

Customer reviewIt was very clean and was definitely a hotel not a hostel. The prices were the best I have ever seen for a hotel in London and I would definitely recommend it! |
