Customer reviewAbsolutley horrible breakfast - if you like sliced processed bread of the very lowest qulaity and corn flakes then go ahead , but you may as well eat out. Door locks dont work coreectly meaning late comers banging on the door all night trying to get in. Entrance door left open all day inviting entry by casual theives. Staff with not even a smile or a polite hello. Room cold with no heating ( we stayed in late november) . Very grubby looking but basically clean i guess. The only good thing is its location around 5 mins walk to Oxford street and no more than 20 minutes walk from soho/picadilly /trafalgar square. If location is everything to you its worthwhile - but if you are looking for more comfort and company then check out some other places. |

Customer reviewWe were very unpleased about the bad organisation of the staff and gestion of the hostel. When we arrived we were very unfriendly welcomed and the staff did not give us the information we asked for. Moreover, our room was given to other people (I assured the reservation was confirmed before arriving). Also the shower did not work. Everybody can enter the hostel so we feel it is a very unsafe place. despite the good location of the hostel I do not recommend it to anybody. |

Customer reviewLocation is the best. But room is small and bathroom is not clean. Found trash in room from previous guest, bed linen was stained. Shower curtain has things growing on it that National Geographic should take a look at. |

Customer reviewThe hotel doesn't look like the pictures of the inside, but it wasn't bad. The hotel does have free wifi, which was great, but the breakfast is toast and tea and the comforter didn't look clean. The sheets and towels were clean though and the room was clean enough. The single rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so don't bring heavy bags. I booked another 2 nights at the end of my stay through hostelbookers and at first they said there was a problem and there were no rooms, and then I kept saying I had a confirmation number and he said ok, but I would need to switch rooms and I asked not to switch because I already had my things all around the room, and he agreed to that too in the end. Overall it was an ok place to stay for the money but I would look around at the other hotels in this price range before you stay here. |

Customer reviewTo go to this hotel, you should do it for the central location. Not for the hotel |

Customer reviewGood location - fast and easy to get to the centre. Near Buckingham Palace and very close to Hyde Park! Quite nice breakfast too! We took a room without shower/toilet though and we didn't like it that much - very old and a bit wracked! The rooms which had a bathroom seemed very nice though (as much as we could see from the outside and from the pictures on hostelbookers). The room was never cleaned during our stay and the lock on one of the toilet didn't work. We DO recommend the hostel because it's at a really good location, but please take a room with bathroom!! |

Stephanie KesslerVery tiny room but nice and clean. The good thing about the very clean bath was that you could have your shower whilst sitting on the toilette;-). Fresh towels every day and a good even though basic breakfast. Free internet as well. Nothing about this hostel I could complain about - I was also in a hotel in London with double the price and I could write a complain list about that stay! |
