Liked: Very nice russian girls at reception. Big lounge area, good beds in the rooms. In general, pretty modern hostel. Good value for money. Hermann.

Disliked: Free wifi didn't worked so we had to pay for it. The showers where extremly hot!! Rooms and beds where too small, and finally breakfast was very dissapointing it contained toast, jam and cereals.

Liked: The hostel was placed near the British Museum.We can walk there in 5minuits.

Disliked: First,thw showers.Only in the basement,there is a big shwer room.So we have to pass the dining,the kitchin to get to shower and after shower . I stayed in a domitory for 6persons.But it was so small.

Liked: Location, no problems at all.

Disliked: NO small light in the rooms- meaning that when coming back late at night/ early in the morning it is very inconvenient for every one in the room as the big light has to be turned on. The heating is a bit to strong in the whole building.

Liked: curtains for each bunk, good price for location, 2 clean sheets per person

Disliked: it was shocking to pay a 10 pound deposit up front, equivalent to a 100% charge on our 1 night stay..we ofcourse did get it back though, but it was a little unexpected

Liked: Do not pick this hostel since there is other options for you. Extremly bad service, no help at all and the shower room is in the basement only with HOT shower so you burn yourself! There is guards saying you are not allowed to talk outside the hostel- strange.

Disliked: Showers with BURNhot water only. Bad service in general.

Liked: It's in a good enough location and the common room is nice. The breakfast is ok too, and considering the price, it is good enough.

Disliked: The three beds, one over the other, are quite bad for those who stay on the top, and they are small and it's hard to move on it. The wifi works only when it wants to. Part of the staff is impolite.

Liked: The location is great, very easy to get around, walking distance to lots of interesting places.

Disliked: Door lock was broken for the whole length of my stay (4 days), I mentioned this every day to reception but it wasn't repaired. Someone told me that two computers were stolen from their room, the locker was broken open. Seeming disregard for security in rooms, while a bit oppressive security "guards" on front door, and patrolling the kitchen asking to see key cards.

Liked: The location is brilliant, at least for my purposes.

Disliked: The room lacked any sort of soul. It was just a load of three story bunk beds crammed into a room with bright strip lighting. It is the least homely, most industrial feeling, hostel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast of white bread toast and cornflakes wasn't the most inspiring or filling.

Liked: you can receive mail mechanic was very quick to fix the locker

Disliked: extra costs for lockers (1 pound/day) and luggage room after checking-out (2 pounds per luggage piece) should change my room after 7 days, cause the owner doesnt like people staying longer than that in the same room - ?! no possibilities to put your stuff anywhere in the room (except lockers - so in fact you HAVE TO pay for the locker to have some space) one very tiny washing-basin for six and more people a lot of hassle with the electronic backpacker stuff seemed often very bugged the wi-fi is really crap breakfast: the same marmelade- sort for 17 days!!! the cleaning-stuff seemed very bugged when I stayed in the room while they were cleaning (though i went out of their way) you couldn´t regulate the water temperature of the showers no proper washin-basins in the showers no toilets in the showers

Disliked: Breakfast was a bit poor. Plastic dishes designed for children!Staff not very helpful when trying to change room.I actually don't like the curtains on the bed-very claustaphorbic.
