Disliked: bathroom in the catacomb of the house only 1 functioning hairdryer!!!

Liked: the location, the showers were ok,common room

Disliked: the fact that 2 times we found mice in the room, they prentended they don t see them, then they asked people to come and put mouse traps but it didn´t help. the breakfast was bad, the rooms was really small without places toleave the luggage

Liked: This is a really nice hostel, good location, clean, free breakfast, very nice staff (especially Moosjen in the reception - make sure you get to meet him), great people, clean, nice rooms etc. Best hostel I've stayed at in London so far, and great value for what you pay. I really recommend it to everyone. /Ida

Disliked: The wi-fi didn't work (but there's a pret and a starbucks five minutes away) and you have to get used to the extremely hot water in showers.

Liked: The common room was nice and cosy. You never had to wait for a free shower.

Disliked: Could have been much cleaner. Staff was not very competent and helpfull.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and warm and I really appreciated the curtain around it. I liked that there were hairdryers next to the showers.

Disliked: The showers were a long way away and a bit creepy. The toilet cubicles near my room were very cramped. It was huge and felt a bit like a hospital!

Liked: Located very close to tube stop. I chose this place because it was cheap but beware, you get what you pay for.

Disliked: The walls must be paper-thin as I could hear people walking around outside and/or talking all night. Did not sleep well due to the noise and the fact my bed was "boxed in" on both ends. The beds are small and would not comfortably fit someone more than 180cm. The "comfortable sofas" mentioned are actually very dirty and old. The breakfast is the worst I've had at any hostel - cornflakes and toast with jam. I've stayed at about 6 hostels in London alone and this would be my least favourite. I would recommend people to pay a little more and get a cleaner and more comfortable hostel.

Liked: Location was great and the price was right.

Disliked: The beds were smaller than average, the rooms were furiously hot, every thing cost extra- luggage storage for 2 pounds/bag for a mere three hours was milking it a little, and to manage to make it to the top floor without an elevator was a mission.

Liked: Very close to Russell Square underground. a non stop Tesco is in the vecinity. Great!

Disliked: In some rooms the windows can't be opened (ex, room 12) and when there are 10 people inside it can get pretty hot.

Disliked: 1. showers - were horrible, located in a basement for the whole 3 - floor building, very scarry and aweful 2. beds - small, like in a train, horrible dirty blankets, 3. space in the rooms - only bed, very claustrofobic
