Liked: great location, just in front of the tube. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are relatively clean and washrooms also. but did see a little insect in the basement.. have to pay to keep your bags in locker though

Liked: Good location and easy to find. Plenty of showers and bathrooms were clean. Nice common room downstairs.

Disliked: Bar downstairs was noisy, but its all part of hostel life.

Liked: Even though Shepherd's Bush is a bit far apart from all the major tourist attractions, the tube and bus stations are literally right across the street so that was really convenient. It's a very nice neighborhood with so many shopping centers, markets, restaurants, and a movie theatre within less than one minute walking distance. The beds and sheets were nice and there were big chests under each bed where guests can store their luggage securely (remember to bring your own padlock!). The nice cleaning people cleaned the rooms and bathrooms everyday. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions.

Disliked: Nothing, really.

Liked: The hostel is conveniently located across the Shepherd's Bush Underground.

Disliked: The Wi-fi is not accessible from the hostel rooms, which makes it very troublesome to go all the way down to the common area in the basement when the room was on the top floor. In addition, we had to pay for the use of lockers.

Liked: Overall, very good. Dorms are nicely laid out, and the beds are comfortable. Very helpful staff. Good quality breakfast. The location isn't as central as some other hostels, but it's on the central line - one of the most reliable and popular tube lines - and because the hostel is located a genuine 2 minutes walk from the tube station (you just need to cross the road), it's excellent if you have heavy luggage.

Disliked: Felt misled by the claim that luggage storage is free - this is not entirely true - you need to pay for a locker or leave your bag in the lounge where other guests come and go all day long. The shower was only warm, even though I wasn't taking one during a busy period.

Liked: Friendly staff, hot showers, across road from tube.

Disliked: Some rooms very crowded and dirty. Hostel lacked good common areas for guests. Common areas noisy with limited seating. Microwave provided was horribly dirty. Hard to relax in the evenings with the noise and all.

Liked: Friendliness of the staff, located next to the tube and only a short walk to Hammersmith, lots of shops, places to eat close to the hostel, free breakfast, free wifi and they had big locker/cages under the beds for your belongings. It is clean and whilst there is no kitchen there is a microwave so you can heat up food

Disliked: The pillows are ridiculously uncomfortable they need an upgrade and a kitchen would be nice.. But this is really the only thing i didnt like

Disliked: The room where i was staying in was tiny and you couldn't close the window, so I caught cold during the first night :/ There is also a bar downstairs so it may be hard to get some sleep.

Liked: Very handy location in Shepherd's Bush, the bar has plenty of character, friendly Antipodean staff

Disliked: My room (No.5) has a judder bar on the floor! This is a serious tripping hazard and needs to be addressed to prevent an accident. My swipe card stopped working before I checked out and there was no ventilation in the room

Liked: The staff was really friendly, polite and helpful. Their online staff is also very helpful and great! The 6bed dorm was big and the beds nice. There are big baskets underneath the beds to lock your stuff in, just remember to bring a padlock. The bathrooms and showers where very clean, I recommend to other guests to use the showers on the second floor. They are bigger and much better. The free wifi was good! Tube is just across the street, buy a oyster card to save time, It makes the tube faster and easier to use. Take the Night bus from piccadilly after the tube closes to save money. I was very pleased with my stay at this hostel and will stay there again in the future.

Disliked: Nothing really...but the window in our room was broken so we could not close it properly. Our room was right above the terrace of the bar so it could get very loud and it would had been nice to be able to close the window. One luxury that would had made the room perfect is a reading light in each bunk...but it´s not necessary:) Thank you for a great stay!

Liked: excellent place to stay,,..good fun Very clean,,,comfy beds..Plenty of showers (on 3rd floor!!).. Tube station right across street,,,shopping centre next door!! All the staff are very friendly..some of the nicest I've met in any hostel
