 At night everybody was quiet, so you could actually get some sleep. It's nice that the bar was part of the hostel, although I haven't been there. Good that it was so close to the shepherds bush empire.

I liked the staff, but it was impossible to get their attention sometimes because they were all bartenders, and the bar in the hostel was packed constantly. It was a lot of fun, but when I needed to ask them something, I had to wait until the bar closed so I could get to them.

Service was excellent. One guy offered to help bring my luggage downstairs to the storage room before I even opened my mouth to ask. Another, on a different day, waited patiently in a nearby room while I sifted through my junk for over 20 minutes looking for my charger. For breakfast, they leave the food out for about an hour over the allotted time for people who oversleep. Plus, they have real nutella, real butter, real etc. And the cleaning staff is really nice and considerate. On the day I was to check out, I overslept and just stayed in my room until it was a convenient time to leave for my flight and they didn't kick me out. We (a couple people in the room) tried to throw out a towel that's been hanging there for a while and put it near the trash but the cleaning person for that day must have thought someone dropped it so he/she hung it back up. I just thought that was really thoughtful. If I had to say something bad...tthe beds aren't exactly super comfortable, I just folded my blanket in half and slept on that. And the restrooms are quite small, especially the sink which is why I didn't rate it that high. But overall, the service was so great and I paid a really god price so thumbs up for this very laidback place. Oh yeah! And it's literally 20 steps away from this shopping center so you've got a 5 pound Chinese lunch buffet, Morrisons Supermarket, a Books, Etc. and its cafe, health food store, etc. right by the place. And the station is directly across from it. I put a 4 and not a 5 for services and facilities despite things like cheap hostel meals because the internet's kinda expensive - one pound for 20 minutes, but wireless...anyway, they do have a chillout room with a TV and yeah, it's cool. Stay here!

The sleeping quarters, comfort and recreation room. staff are friendly and always willing to help. Also helped me out for long term accommation at the hostel.
