Nazli EidmohammadiThey have bed bugs in their rooms!! The staff accused us for not paying when we did. They don't clean the rooms well. The rooms are freezing. And everything has a funky smell... even the breakfast toast! |

Customer reviewThe staff were very helpful and 24hr reception was handy. However, it took a long time to get my heater to work, which isn't very good in winter! The bed was comfortable but the room didn't feel very clean - the wallpaper was peeling and the bathroom was very old. Breakfast is filling but overall it's not very fun - hardly any socialising going on in the breakfast room and there's no lounge or anything. Good location. |

Customer reviewI assume the hotel is doing major updating with painting & redecorating which is always a good thing I suppose. My room had only been finished so unfortunately I had to put up with a strong paint fume smell (and sleep with the window open in December!) and bag?suitcases that had touched the wall had white marks...generally very good value for money for London and certainly better standarts for cleanliness then only six months ago when I spoke with travelers that stayed here... |

Deepak HegdeRoom was okay kind but restaurant where the breakfast was hosted was really bad....shortage of spoons...bowls....basically the service there was 3rd grade... and this was not expected after paying 70 quids a night to stay at this hotel |

Customer reviewit is strategically located near victoria coach station and the rail station. you can basically walk to all the top tourist attractions such as buckingham palace and westminster area. they have brochures they provide at the entrance which is good. |

Customer revieweverything was fine with this place, but we had some loud noices coming from the next room at all hours of the day and night. I did not sleep well thanks to these individuals that probably made a mess in their room. |
