Customer reviewi woldn't go there again, unless for just one night because that's the shortest time i'd like to go without a shower. we stayed in two different rooms on the top floor where the water in the shower was cold for two seconds and then turned too hot to bear. the picture on the tv was bad in the other room and the hairdryer didn't work in the other.. it's a shame to have this kind of hotel in a great a location it is placed. |

Customer reviewGood location, very friendly staff. :-) For breakfast just toasts with jam, coffea and juice, but nice. In the evening there is an indian bufet opened. I would recommend this hotel. :-) |

Vera AlizeeThe location is great just minutes walk from Bayswater and Queensway Underground Stations. My room was clean and I got it at a very competitive price. The staff were very helpful and smiling all the time. The hotel is very good value for money. I will definitely stay there again. |

Brendan Howard1 minute from Bayswater tube station, 2 minutes from Hyde Park. Continental style breakfast is included (cereal, toast, biscuits, tea/coffee, juice). Friendly staff. Cleanliness ok but could be better. No TV remote. |

Customer reviewthe rooms where extremely small. the double bed bedroom was too small to walk in or even iron your shirt using iron board. the price is good, I might try it again. the place is very good. there are a lot of fast food, tea houses near by and they are all open until 2-3 AM. the staff are usually friendly (except one of them). the lobby is a lot nicer than the rooms. |
