Customer reviewUpon arrival the male attendant was monotonous and just did and said what he had to do. There was no friendly or welcoming bone in his body. Then walked up 114 steps (yes i counted) with my lugggage as there was no elevator, to use the shared toilet that had the seat broken off. The place was clean, and i felt my dorm room was fairly secure, but it wasn't a fun area of London to stay in. |

Customer reviewPros: Friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast, central location, safe deposit boxes and locked luggage rooms, good beds, clean linen, good showers. Cons: In the typical British fashion the hostel has twisty, narrow staircases (no elevator), limited HVAC, and separate taps for hot and cold water (Come on, Britons! Cast away these Victorian remnants and join the rest of the world in the 21st century!). Some of the lavatories could have been a little cleaner. |

Mariusz LokastoI checked in late in the evening and left early in the morning, so can't judge this place in a fair way. |

Customer reviewVery nice hostel in an amazing building and location, just outside Hyde Park. Can't fault this hostel in terms of location and cleanliness, however breakfast wasn't as described - no milk or juice, so all we could really have was toast and water. But overall good value for money. |
