Hostel was great. Very clean, safe and in a nice area. Breakfast was good but not much. Bread, jams, tea and cereal (The basics) but no fruit like they say in their website. I found really nice people. The hostel have pool table, tv, internet and it's very nice. Recommended!

Didnt stay long, but seemed very social and friendly. Staff was there all the time and gave good info and advice. They had a sweet looking common room with computers and movies, too.

Very nice place to stay in London, near Hyde Park. A lot of facilities: luggage deposit for free, free internet, good equipped kitchen, good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

This is a really excellent hostel, it was recently renovated so it's really clean and well put-together. The staff were super helpful, there is always something going on in the guestroom i.e. movies, people hanging out, and there is a good choice for breakkie. It is a shame that the hostel is not immediately near a tube station, however the bus services around the corner in front of Albert Hall are so useful. Not to mention that the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, Hyde Park and Harrods/Knightsbridge are all walking distance, which is preferrable to the stinky tube. I believe the hostel should promote the bus services in order to get to the hostel , there are a few that run from Victoria Station which are more direct , which makes it easier to get to the hostel rather than lugging your backpack from Gloucestor Rd tube station if there is an alternative!

I loved the location, beautiful area. You have to walk a little bit to the tube station but it didn't bother me. The room and the bathroom are really clean and you feel safe there. Breakfast is really basic.

Good hostel with free breakfast but has no lift --> so tired for carrying luggage to the room at the fourth floor!

Nice hostel but many floors and NO ELEVATOR- so bringing up any heavy luggage up steeper stairs is a workout!!! Also, it is a FULL 15 min walk to nearest tube station! Pay a taxi to pick you up to bring to hostel! If you get up early and will be gone all day, the walk wont be as big of a deal but it is pretty far! Just a warning! However, very nice street, beautiful area... just not an easy location to stay.

It was clean enough. The location was very good, close to the science and natural history museums. The building is very nice and the staff friendly. Only, there was no elevator and the staircase is very long! The lavatories in the bathrooms were really small, so when you washed your face, all the water spilled to the floor...disaster if you share with others. Also, it wasn't a good place to meet people, everyone minded their own business. But, other than that, it was pretty acceptable.

I personally liked the free wireless and common room with big-screen TV. The whole place was really clean, bed was comfortable, had safes for rent. Very pleasant experience
