Customer reviewFree wifi was good , it was in a pricey location so to get food was expensive and it was a bit of a walk to the nearest tube station, other than that it was clean and the rooms had its own bathrooms however the shower was clogged and it was gross |

Customer reviewNice hostel in an excellent location. A stone's throw away from Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, and about 10 minute's walk from the tube. Staff was friendly, though perhaps not the most knowledgeable about the city as I got wrong directions once or twice. They get points for trying though. Definitely leans towards being a party hostel. If you don't want to be kept up until 2 by drunken hostelers singing the best of the 90's, request a room upstairs and you will be fine. One last note: this hostel needs paper towels and hooks in its bathrooms. |

Customer reviewThe location was beautiful, not too far from a Tube station, and right across the street from Kensington Gardens. |

Customer reviewEverything was clean, staff were very friendly and didn't mind helping. Still there was no shelf or anything like that to put your stuff on in the bathroom. All in all, nice stay though! |

Customer reviewAmazing location!! A bit far from the metro but in such a pretty (expensive) street. And the rooms are very sound proof, which is nice when wanting to sleep when there is a party next door |

Customer reviewI liked the cleanliness of room and kitchen. Didnt like the fact that in a 12-bed-dorm you have to share 1 shower and 1 loo with all your roommates, so the bathroom wasnt the cleanest; however surprisingly we never had queues for the bathroom, but that might have been just luck. Oh, and also not very thought-through: there was only one big light fot the whole room, no individual lights on the bedside, which was very annoying! And no possibility (wardrobe) to store your stuff (only under some beds), and no possibility to hang your towel in the bathroom when showering and no possibility to dry it. Good: The hostel also has a huge lounge to hang out in. Breakfast was good (toast, jam, honey, chocspread etc, ham and cheese, tea, coffee, biscuits, muesli, cornflakes, chocopops). The kitchen could also be used for self-catering and had everything you needed for that; and the best thing: it was always clean and tidy as there is always someone of the staff looking after it. |

Customer reviewReally nice neighbourhood, very friendly staff. The beds are comfortable, but on the tight side, for a person > 1.90 m. Cool flat screen TV's! :-) |

Customer reviewThe common room is a gorgeous space to spend time in! It was sparkling clean, the staff were friendly, the building was beautiful. The only thing I had issues with was that the directions on their listing for from South Kensington to the hostel was wrong - but I was able to find it eventually, and the place was so nice I didn't mind the extra walking. |
