 We liked : Breakfast, the atmosphere, the place (near Victoria), ...
(But bathrooms are a little too small !)

Great location next to Buckingham Palace and in the upper class neighborhood. Not much to do in the nearby vicinity except for a pub nearby. But there is a game room where you can hang out with the other backpackers. Note: If you're an American like me, it sort of sucks since every one seems to be Canadian so brush up on your geography. :)

People i met were legends, staff were always helpful, close to Victoria train station. Kitchen was helpful!!

The location for us it was very important because the alberg was very near from the city center and Victoria Station. The only thing that apologized me it was that the door of our room was a little open when we arrive the second night very late but luckly all our things were ok. We can´t get a good answer of this situation. Finally, We will come back again sure.

The bathrooms are cleaned twice daily. The dorm was clean and well laid out. The staff were very helpful. The lounge area is great. The atmosphere is vibrant, friendly and relaxed. There are plenty of PCs for internet access. It's a great hostel!

The atmosphere was nice and relax. The rooms were OK. Breakfast and the showers too (the showers are very nice!).

The staffs were friendly and facilities were fairly good. The only downside is the breakfast room was very small and the choice of breakfast was very limited.
