Liked: Location

Disliked: This place was dirty, and uncomfortable. The rooms were very small. I cut my stay short because of this hostel.

Liked: the location is pretty good...

Disliked: it was not what I would call CLEAN!!! we booked a double room and it was soooooo tiny and for the price that we payed I expext for sure more then that...it was cold and I wouldn't reccomend that hostel to anyone...

Liked: It was clean and internet was available on site. Many travelers to meet!

Disliked: Breakfast 'included' was a little misleading. I wasn't impressed with the selection but realize it's traveling on a budget so makes sense. Starbucks and little bakeries aren't far away so I ate breakfast out instead for a bit more.

Liked: Very nice hostel. Walking distance from Pimlico Station or even Victoria and Victoria leads to pretty much everywhere.Staff is very helpful with any questions you have. Rooms have enough space and plenty of storage. Breakfast is very good, lot of choice: ham, cheese, oatmeal, cereals, tea, coffee, bread, etc. 2 kitchens, lot of room.Overall, the what you see in the description is what you get,

Disliked: No free wifi. 8 GBP for the week, not that much but still. The baggage storage room is not monitored, everybody can access it,

Liked: Good location, near Victoria Train and Bus Station. So you can get to all the sightseeing places easy. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. You get 40 minutes internet free. would stay there again!

Liked: It's clean and the rooms are big. It's in the centre of London. Great value for money

Liked: Very central, breakfast included, TV room, reasonable room rates

Disliked: the bedsheets don't get changed very often, I had some suspicious stains on my one, which I found very disgusting. In general the rooms seemed a little bit unattended in terms of cleanliness. They had a lot of things to offer: padlocks, umbrellay, adaptors, towels ... but they charged extra for each of it :( The showerrooms were very tiny and wet after showering. this wouldnt be a problem if they had some shelves to put the personal belongings on, but they only had some hooks, which was very annoying...

Liked: Location was great.

Disliked: A little overpriced, the lock to our room was broke the whole time, and the staff was rather crass.

Liked: Central location, helpful staff, nice atmosphere in lounge and kitchen.

Disliked: Matchbox-sized room, filthy toilets, two showers and two toilets for an entire floor of around 20 people, bad ventilation, old facilities, no secure place to lock stuff in the room (except for extra charge at the security boxes provided). Plus you gotta pay extra for almost everything.

Liked: Staff are super friendly (probably cos they're all Australian). The hostel is in a good location, just a 5-min walk from Pimlico Station as advertised. As a foreign solo female traveller, I found the hostel to be very accommodating and inviting and the area around the hostel itself is safe to walk around at night. The rooms and beds are fairly clean. Showers were hot at all times and didn't have to wait as long as they're avoided during the rush hours (early morning and early evening).

Disliked: Sucks if you're located on the top (4th) floor because the stairs seem to just go on forever!
