It was very close to where our tours left off from and very easy to move around Central London from.

Location,2 out of 3 staff I encountered went out of their way to be friendly. One guy was downright rude and basically ignored me! I had been travelling around Europe for five months and had encountered some amazing brand new, secure hostels so this was definately not up to that standard... however I have heard very bad feedback about hostels in London so I think this could be one of the better options.

The most important thing about this hostel is the location, is really the best location.

It is all youth, even the deskworkers. I also loved the é kitchens one for smokers and the other for non-smokers.

24 hr reception, fairly close to Victoria Station so if you take the Terra Vision shuttle and arrive there late at night, its a walking distance. Staff was nice and helpful.

It was a great location, really close to the tube. The place was clean and felt really safe. Staff was great. Only the eating area has T.V. I will stay here again!
