 The staff were very helpful and the accomodations were very close to central london as well as extremely accessible.

The breakfast at the hostel was wonderful- toast, jam, coffee, cereal, tea- and the kitchen was open late. We had space under our bed to lock up luggage, and they would also hold valuables behind the desk. I didn't have any trouble with my booking, but I know they did overbook the evening that I arrived and a couple people were left sleeping on couches. I talked to the management, and they said it was a new system and should be figured out soon... Overall, I was super pleased and would recommend it.

It was within walking distance of a lot of the things we wanted to see while in london. The staff was friendly and the hostel was clean.

I liked the movie night and the location. That road of hotels and hostels is quite impressive!

Lockers under beds are good. Quite a clean place although the rooms are crowded (as usual in UK!). With a heavy backpack, it's about 15 mins walk to Victoria.

Great atmosphere, lots of 'long-term' residents who are working whilst in London which means there is the opporunity for quieter 'weekly' rooms.

Great Environment. Safe. Very close to metro station. I really enjoyed my stay here. No complaints.

Fantastic hostel, amazing location. There was a lot going on in the hostel, but none of it was forced. If you wanted a quiet time you could. Very clean hostel and friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money, no complaints comes very highly recommended from myself and my friends!

Good: Very good location! Nice and clean toilets!
Bad:
- We went there the night when Europe change to summertime - I think that it would be nice of the stuff if they try to remind the people who lives there that night.
- The element in our room was heating and we couldn't turn it of! Terrible! Room 43.

The staff were knowledgable, fun and helpful. There was a ktichen to cook my own food and plenty of fridge space too. Also I enjoyed the old house

It is very central and clean. If you want to have party it is not the right hostel. And it is very clairaudient in the hostel.

Very good place to stay but not as close to central london as stated. I took the tube a lot from this location as opposed to my prior hostel that was about a 5 min walk from Hyde park and all that. Friendly people working here, invited me to a show and a bar. Put up the nights activities on a board down stairs. Breakfast was basic but better then other places I have stayed. Internet is £1 for every like 40min but worth it, works well, no problems.
