Disliked: Not very clean. The showers were cramped and did not have individual cubicles. And of the 2 toilets available for the ladies, only 1 was working.

Liked: Very centrally located

Disliked: Door was not really solid, you couldn't open the window. Not isolated so quite noisy. Some of the staff didn't really know what to do and how to be polite

Disliked: the heating system is working 24/7 on full power so its sticky in the room. elavator was not working

Liked: It is super-central and all the 2bed rooms seem to be on the same floor so it is very calm during the night. The toilets were also very clean. The room had two chairs and a bed what do do u need more ;)

Disliked: The window was very thin so you hear everything from the street which is surprisingly noisy. The WIFI is not free and there is no connection (but there is a cyber cafe next door that is also cheaper)

Disliked: The furniture is very modest even in the double room. Only a bed and thats it.

Disliked: The mattresses were filthy No working toilet on the floor meant trekking down to other levels (even though there is only a couple of toilets and showers per level anyway) The check in time was too long - only one person on reception and also no one to answer little questions for people not checking in The showers do not look clean

Liked: Esta detrás del cartel de Sanyo, en pleno Picadilly, la localización es inmejorable. Si piensas pasar unos días, no mas de 4 y quieres verlo todo sin estar en el hostal es tu sitio.

Disliked: Estaba todo muy poco cuidado, no estaba del todo limpio y dormías en muelles,no en colchones, creo que eso ultimo lo peor. Aparte hay un ascensor que solo caben 4 personas, si es que te deja que vallan cuatro, si no, pues nada, a subir andando hasta la 4º, 5º, 6º o 7º planta. Por lo demás, estuvimos bien pues sales a la plaza de Picadilly y es lo que importa al fin y al cabo, pa descansar descansas en casa... :)

Liked: The location is great

Disliked: The room I stayed in looked like a jail cell. It was very hot during the day as the sun shone through the window, no fan was provided. The showers are old, dirty and the hot water was inconsistent.

Liked: Best location in London. If location is important, stay here. If not, go elsewhere. I also enjoyed the pod beds, which give some added privacy.

Disliked: Additional services like internet can add up. Don't get the breakfast. It's not bad, but you can get better, cheaper nearby at a lot of places.

Liked: Great location, easy to get anywhere in london. Good place to crash at night (not a hostel to hang out during the day)

Disliked: A bit of lack of cleanless (but nothing horrible). Lack of proper common area, if you want to socialize with backpackers it isn't the place to be.

Liked: Big lockers in room, lots of facilities available and a very short walk to Trafalgar Square. Piccadilly Train Station is literally on the same street and Soho a short walk away too. Would come back.

Disliked: the room was not made up, the bed was broken, very expensive for what we payed for, no towels, soap or shampoo provided, majority of staff were distant, if not rude, public showers and toilets were not very clean and smelt horrably

Liked: Couldn't ask for a more central location in terms of being in the Picadilly area.

Disliked: 1) Hand dryer was not working, told them, and they still didn't fix it. 2) They charge for everything! Internet, towels, luggage storage.... stiff rates when you are already paying loads for a room there 3) Gross rooms... found bugs in bathroom, paint chips, no character in the rooms at all. The shower stalls were tiny, and the curtain didn't even cover the stall. Felt like a jail cell in the sleeping rooms 4) Not an appropriate elevator for such a large number of people. We took the stairs up and down the 6th floor because there were already too many people waiting around for an elevator that can 4 people max, or the lift was broken. 5) NOT welcoming staff. When someone is standing there demanding in a rude tone to see your room card even before midnight, it comes across as rude. People in London are very nice and well mannered, but not at this hostel

Liked: Excellent location, comfy beds, clean bathrooms.

Disliked: A bit expensive for a basic room, only one small mirror in each room, lots of stairs.

Liked: Great location.

Disliked: It was extremely noisy and loud. There was no curfew for quiet, and doors were banging all night long. A lot of keys of clients weren't working, and the toilet was definitely below par.
