Reasonably priced option allowing you to stay in the centre of London, enjoying the hustle and bustle of city (night-) life. Hostel is very basic, yet provides all essential facilities. Staff tended to be somewhat moody when I was there (yet I only stayed for one night and the hostel was very busy).

how clean the place was, specially the toilets and also I would like to say howhelpful DANA was as we had a litlle problem as we didn't bring I.D's with us and they wouldn't let us saty for safety reasons but but DANA did her best to help us. Also the breakfast was realy good defenitely is worht it staying I do recomend it. Next time I will stay there again!!

First of all; Location is GREAT. Also, price is reasonable, no curfew is essential and always someone from staff around to answer questions, give directions and tips. Showers were not so good, at 7th floor the water pressure from time to time was non existant. Breakfast is not included in price anymore, and it is not worth spending money on the breakfast served at the hostel.

Location was brilliant and close to amenities in Piccadilly and central london. The staff were helpful and liked the fact we could leave our bags there securely when we checked out. The bar was also very good and great atmosphere.

Staff are very friendly. Invited me out to party. Made me feel welcome. Breakfast was a little dissapointing. Not everyone likes beens and eggs for breakfast and the cereal was too packaged. Try some organic wheatfree muslies for instance. And internet accesss was not available. We are travelling and need the internet. Please make sure in future that you have the internet available 24/7. Otherwise thankyou for a good nights sleep.
