Disliked: The lift didn't work most of the time and we had to use the stairs each time to get to the 7th floor.

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING

Disliked: No hot water, lucky if the shower had cold water. Toilets & shower were filthy & not cleaned. Human excreted on floors & toilets. Not enough facilities for the ammount of people. Heaps of noise constantly from construction sites. No ventilation. No kitchen facilities. No drinking water. Staff unfriendly. Very expensive & worst backpackers in whole of UK.

Liked: The hostel was located conveniently to a lot of sight seeing places and if you found the right staff member, they were nice and helpful

Disliked: Staying at this hostel is bound to make you spend more than you had originally intended while staying here. Wifi is only strong on the 4th floor, and even there they charge 1 pound per half hour to use the internet. The luggage room is only free prior to checking in, if you want to leave your luggage there the day you check out, it costs 1 pound per bag (in either case, your luggage can only stay in the room until 8pm) While staying at the hostel, I was interested in going on a tour to Windsor, Bath, and Stonehenge. I signed up for the tour through the hostel for 40 pounds which I thought was a great price. They regretted to inform me that upon showing up for my tour.. it would cost me another 30 pounds if I actually wanted to see any of those things. I am not saying that this was overpriced or not worth the money; however, the travel office workers in the hostel were not honest about how much anything cost which led myself as well as other people to be short on money during the tour. The walls in the hostel are very thin and if you plan on getting any sleep while you are there, I suggest you bring ear plugs, as a lot of families stay at this hostel with their children.

Liked: For a stay after a night out is good. Not for more than a few nights as in the morning was no hot water. Didn't find some of the staff very friendly and welcoming!!!!

Liked: The shower and toilet is flooded.. the toilets are stink.. Bunk bed for 100punds a night.. you have got to be kidding me.. No free WIFI? unlike other better hostel around europe
