The security was excellent, and the location superb. The bathrooms were really clean.

This hostel is in a brilliant location right in the Theatre district and 2 mins walk from Leiscter Square. It is also very cheap great value for money considering its location. If your looking for a wild party atmosphere in your hostel however this isnt the place for you. To me though thats not a bad point this is a brilliant place to stay its where i always stay when im in London

Location was great, but service was not so nice. Fire alarm was on at night for nothing and kitchen was under work so no breakfast, but just water and bread !

The staff was great, very friendly and helpfull!! The fact that i got to meet people from so different countries , and to have breakfast all together, was a lot of fun. I also liked that there was english music playing all the time. The atmosphere was fantastic!! And so well located! right in the heart of London

the problem with shower, I went to shower on the 6th floor at 7 am , though it was out of the cold water range indicated, i still didn't get hot water
