Liked: Their WiFi was really bad, you can only get the signal sporadically and only in the reception area which was really loud and uncomfortable. The staff was ok, some of them were cool but others seemed to be bothered by questions or requests. The location is great though and you can definetly meet tons of people there. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Liked: One of the nicer hostels I've encountered. Great value for money. My only two complaints: it's a really LARGE place; I prefer smaller hostels just because it's easier to get to know people and I feel like my stuff is more secure. Also, the first day we were there, there was no hot water in the 3rd floor showers. Ice cold shower = not fun. But the staff was super nice and helpful, the in-hostel bar and restaurant was great, and the location was pretty convenient.

Liked: This place is great! Friendly staff, tons of stuff to do, and (at least when I was there) awesome people staying. If you're looking for a hostel that'll help you find things to do, or you want to meet some fellow travelers to spend your time with, this is definitely the place. Highly recommended.

Liked: The staff was really nice and provided us with all the info needed. It was a short stay but I hope next time I will stay more.The breakfast could have been more consistent, but it was good anyway.Also I liked the connection with other hostels in Europe and the discounts they are offering for next accommodations. Like the previous hostel in the chain that I have stayed in I had a good time here anr return for sure here.

Liked: all in all , a decent hostel, 10 mins from london bridge, free brekkie, friendly staff, only thing i disliked was the room was boiling! would go again

Liked: I was happy to find the free breakfast, which they offered me the morning I arrived even though I hadn't stayed the night before (it's cereal and toast), space for storing luggage, even after I checked out, soap/shampoo/lotion, tampons, walking tour, and access to laundry and internet. The Village had a very big lounge. I requested to move to a female-only dorm though, at the Orient, which is a lot smaller, but they were very nice about accommodating me. There also seems to be a lot going on but I only stayed for one night.

Liked: I loved the food being free and the free wifi, and in case you dont have a laptop, a whole computer was in your room to use. It was a great stay with really cool people and a cool atmosphere to meet people.
