Customer reviewThe hostel is very close to the tube station in a quiet area of London, not too far from Oxford Street. The staff were very friendly and helpful as were the people who stayed there as most were permanent residents. The rooms are decent and facilities were available on all levels. Could have been a bit cleaner though I thought it was excellent value for money and you get a discount on your beer in the downstairs pub. Very secure as you need a code to get into the door (out of ours) and must go through the pub any other time. Breakfast was available but I didn’t have any so I can’t comment. Overall I think I will give it a 7 out of 10. |

Customer reviewIt is alright for the money you pay, although the state of the rooms and of the toilets is not the best... However, there are nice and friendly people there that make the place look better and let's not forget its location which is very convenient (close to the tube, the city centre). |

Customer reviewIt was not the cleanest place but great for just crashing after a long day out in London. Some great people staying there that you can hang out with in the pub downstairs. You get 20% off the drinks and thai food (the pad thai was great!) which we really liked. I am not too picky so the bathroom was clean enough for me, probably more old than dirty. |

Customer reviewI get "bedbugs" from Brazen`s beds. Showers worked badly. The dorms and common rooms also were quite unclean. |

Customer reviewI would give it a just in the limit pass grade (5/10). In general, it is a good place for short to very short term stays; very good location, showers and toilets are clean and tidy, and the beds are new. However, I would not recommend it for medium to long term stays; common room is tiny, very boring atmosphere, the kitchen, without shared tables, is to cock only, very difficult place to meet people, the staff was polite but not friendly. |

Dejan TomicThe rooms were clean, there was a pub underneath with a discount for guests and the staff are friendly. Despite being above a pub it wasnt too noisy, infact it wasnt noticable at all on the top floor where i stayed |

Customer reviewExcellent value for the money and great location, but do not expect much cleanliness or to meet many other backpackers. All the other people I met were immigrants who actually LIVED in the hostel because it was cheaper than paying London rent. Still, can't beat the price and location. |

Andres Camargo BravoGood hostel over a pub, has a separate common room from the bar in case you do not want to consume anything there. Good showers and wooden beds, laundry can be done for a small fee. The only drawback for new travellers might be the long-termers. They usually are very friendly, but are installed in their own bed. They live there so if you are staying there you must be ready for that. |

Customer reviewThe staff was really cool and the 20% on the food and drinks if you sleep there is really nice. The rooms was not clean and really messy. I won't stay there again. But the price is really intersting... |
