Liked: perfect location, close to chelsea and kensington. very friendly staff, I had single room, very tiny but clean, warm, with TV.

Disliked: no lift, no credit card payment acceptable.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and moved me and my 2 friends to a 2 bedroom so we didn't have to share! Plus great location and value for money!

Disliked: The shower/toilet area was small but that is to be expected in a hostel I imagine.

Liked: Great location! Decent sized rooms, free breakfast, free towel, and plenty of washroom facilities.

Disliked: Washrooms could be cleaned more often-overflowing garbages and wet floor at times.

Liked: safe, comfortabel, nice, quite place to stay. very good location. very nice help ful owner, management, staff day and night, 24 Hours reception. nice breakfast and clean kitchen. I will stay again soon.

Disliked: Small shower and kitchen and my room was in street side.

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast, close to restaurants, bars, public transport.

Disliked: The room was a little on the small side.

Liked: Very nice place to stay, comfortabel bed , very nice help ful friendly management and staff day and night , good breakfast nice kitchen and common room I feel very safe.

Disliked: small kitchen and some times noisey from street.

Liked: fantastic location ....everything important and worth seeing was all very closeby..24 hr reception meant i could make the most of my day ....kitchen open till late so was perfect for me...the place was very clean and staff very friendly.The night manager was very good and made sure all the guests were safe and happy.To top it up even breakfast was included in the price!!!!Well done Court Hostel.....

Disliked: one of the people in my room had very very smelly feet......

Liked: 24 hour reception- so I could come and go anytime.The room was clean,comfortable and warm.The place was very quiet and safe.They were well organised and everything was done to make all the guests very happy.The staff were very friendly.They have free storage which was very very good as I was able to do all my work and come late evening and take them.Perfect!!

Disliked: Wish everybody left the toilets clean......no use blaming the hostel......Im sure they clean very well as the rest of the hostel is very clean.I used atoilet which was clean but when i went back to get my shampoo somebody had made it very very smelly and dirty!!!

Liked: Good location, central and really close to the tube.

Disliked: Dirty and small rooms. And a lot of noise from the street.

Liked: When I first booked I was very doubtful as the hostel had got some very bad reviews.But when I came I found the place very clean and welcoming.The staff were very helpful and always willing to help.The room was very nice and the other guests in the room were also very nice.I made new riends there and they too said the place was very clean compared to some other hostels.Had a wonderful night and am really happy I came here.

Disliked: There was no common room .

Liked: Location. Right near tube stop. Good area. The woman during the day was very nice.

Disliked: Bedbugs!!! The male night manager was also unfriendly, unhelpful, argumentative and didnt believe us when we said that myself and others had been bitten by bedbugs.

Liked: It was a good stay, nice location. staff helpful.

Disliked: Despite of the photos, I stayed in a room with bunk beds (noisy) so was the door's hinge. Toilets were not very clean at times even with cold water to have a shower (There was just one cleaner). Pretty small kitchen/lounge and breakfast always out of something (milk, juice, jelly). . It just needs some improvement (of course some guests don't really help)

Disliked: the toilets are dirty, stinky and not confortable, the rooms were not as in the pictures.

Liked: Friendly hosters and visitors. The location is perfect, near all facilities.

Disliked: Our doble private room was near a really noisy street!! Our nigths have been short and a bit annoying.

Liked: warm and friendly reception.They made me feel very welcome.They were very helpful with all my questions. The place was very clean compared to some other places I have stayed.It was a calm and peaceful place.Very relaxed atmosphere and 24 hr reception was fantastic!!! Everything well organised.Recommend it highly to others!!!

Liked: I would recommend it when you are looking for a authentic "cheap hostel experience"

Disliked: I saw a mouse in my room (and I heard another person also complaining about a mouse in their room). The room (double room) was slightly under furnished: no chair or table, no small lamp on the nightstand. And the mattress was very worn and old, although the room itself was nice. The some shower rooms were in not so good condition: rusty and plaster falling of the walls. Kitchen was way too small and underequipped for a place like that - people were eating their breakfast standing up and sharing mugs.
