Liked: near earl's court station which is very convenient.

Disliked: not really a place to meet new people. some rooms are old so the bed is not very comfy

Liked: We booked a 5 bed dorm and they gave us a 3 bed dorm

Disliked: They didnt let us pay on credit card and didnt even let us put our bags in the room before having to get money out at the ATM.

Liked: Great location!! Easy to take the tube anywhere! Many pubs nearby. We were close to everything!!

Liked: located in the lively Earls Court area, surrounded by restaurants, cafe, grocery stores. Short walk to South Kensington museums

Liked: Friendly staff. Not too rowdy. Back room 3 was clean and quite with linen and sheets already made up on bed. Hot shower with shower gel/shampoo provided. Mattress was average at best. Simple Continental Beakfast of juice & coissants fine.

Liked: Right beside the underground which was very convenient for getting around. Good if you just want somewhere to put your things during the day and sleep at night. Breakfast in the morning was simple but exactly what was needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Small room. Stayed in the private room, and just about had enough room to turn around in, but is enough if you plan to spend your day out and about.

Liked: the staff is nice and helpful, but the dorm room is a little bit small. good location near the station, easy to take the tube to every where.

Liked: The breakfast was great... basic cereals, pastries, instant coffee and tea, but it was nice to start the day off with something free. London is an expensive town, so you grab 'em while you can.The rooms are small but adequate. We stayed in a double the first night, which was great, but then we stayed longer and moved to a twin bunk bed, which was not as nice, but still worked. If you split the cost of a private room with another person, it's pretty comparable with dorm room prices. The man at the reception desk was extremely helpful with giving us guidance on things to see. I also highly recommend the location.

Liked: Room is extremly small.The window is under road with big traffic. So, you can't open window. It was extremly hot and stuffy and there was no air.Internet was off for last 5 days.
