Disliked: Waiting for bathroom, only 2/floor. A reading bed lamp would've been nice.

Liked: .Good location.

Disliked: This hostel is very old and need to be refurnished urgently. Many problems happened during my stay. The bathrooms and toilets had no water, so that everyone had to use toilet and bathroom at lower floor. Breakfast was not enough for everyone

Liked: The location is great, just 2 minutes' walk from the underground station.

Disliked: Once you book online, if you cancel the booking, your deposit can't be withdrawn.

Liked: Roshan (manager?) was friendly, others less so. Other hostellers were friendly as we all tried to help each other out.

Disliked: Almost everything - very dirty and wiring looked completely unsafe. Bunk beds are old army-style iron frames and my top bunk was so badly damaged I was afraid to move in case the whole thing fell down on the girl below. Also there is no way to get on the top bunk unless you are an acrobat or a pole vaulter or someone else gives you a leg up. Washing areas are filthy and totally inadequate for the number of people they have staying. Only three showers and one had no lighting so one poor family was trying to bathe a baby by the light of a mobile phone. The kitchen was tiny (about eight foot square) with two tiny tables and a few chairs. I had no breakfast the last day as there were twelve people in there trying to get cereal, boil water and make toast on one two-slice toaster that only toasted one side of the bread. There were no croissants etc. at 7am as "the supermarket doesn't open until 8 on Sundays" - by 8.30 there was still nothing so I had to rush off hungry. Are these places not regulated and inspected in terms of public health and safety?

Liked: It was a good and convenient location and the staff were really friendly.

Disliked: It was dirty, the shower was moldy and my friend and I found bed bugs!!!! Grossed me out and made me paranoid my whole trip. I would not go back.

Liked: The Court Hostel is a good place to stay for a few nights to visit London. It's very close to Earls Court station (<1min) and this is a good point ! Receptionists are very helpful and kind. My room was small (a little bit more than twice the size of my bed), but that is what I was expected for that price. The breakfirst is correct, between 7am and 10am, but you must wake up early to have choice !

Disliked: The floor of my room wasn't that clean. Also it was noisy because the window was thin.

Liked: The manager of the hostel was very friendly and willing to help. I really appreciate his help for directions to places, which facilitates my stay in London. He also did a great job on making this place safe, organized, clean and cozy like home. The breakfast was great, with crosson, toast, coffee, tea and juice. The location is great- close to Earls Court tube station and the easy bus dropoff/pick up location.

Liked: They have really nice employers very cool people, with breakfast free and an excellent places where we can see very diferrent and interesting things.

Liked: The personel was really friendly. Cheap

Disliked: The hostel was relatively cheap, that was ok. The sleeping rooms were very smal, 2m x 4m = 8 m2 for a double room! Very smoothy! The breakfast was in a sort of student kitchen. Looking in drawers what sort of food was available.

Liked: proximity to the earls court tube station and the various eateries...

Disliked: beds were not comfortable. lighting was inadequate. the wash basin sink had a drainage problem.

Disliked: BUGS. My first and only night there I got bit at least 8 times by some nasty bugs. Not sure what they were but it was bad
