Liked: Wi-fi, breakfast and linen included in price. Warm. Open24hrs. Near tube station.

Disliked: Bathrooms not very clean but will do.

Liked: Close to tube station, shop and costa coffee nearby.

Disliked: Unsafe bunk beds (no ladder to top bed, also there's no railing so you can fall off the bed), room floor not cleaned properly, mould in the bathrooms, no dining area (two small tables crammed in the kitchen does not count to me as dining area),very small kitchen, at 9am there were only cereals left for breakfast.

Liked: The location is good but it's a little tiring without the elevator when your room is 3rd floor. The surrounding is very convenient.

Disliked: I don't know why! But I've gotten the bite of BED BUGS here! I'm pretty sure since I only stayed in this hostel! Please do check and make the necessary measures!

Disliked: The room was a little bit too small but for staying only 3 nights it was ok. Plus, there were only few common toilets and this was annoying..

Liked: Location 20 meters from underground excellent

Disliked: it did not feel secure, maids were rude and wanted to clean room when we were in it. breakfast was good....if you got up at 7 to get it before it disappeared at 8.

Liked: In my room I had a sink. It is what I liked most. And the size of the beds... quite big.

Disliked: The breakfast was very poor, the toilets were small and disgusting and the condition of the hotel in general was really poor. Not very clean and quite noisy very early in the morning.

Liked: Its location is the best: Earl's Court tube is in both zone 1 & 2, and one can travel cheaper both from the city and from outside. Even Easybus dropoff from Gatwick is within walking distance. Various big supermarkets are around. Direct tube access to Westminster, Piccadilly Circus, Lecester Square, Hyde Park Corner, Victoria Station, Paddington Station, King Cross Station, and of course Heathrow. Washing basin in room was convenient.

Disliked: Staff is a bit unfriendly, especially when we were using the kitchen, even we did nothing wrong. Internet was sometimes unstable. The common computer there is not free. Insufficient bathroom there; only one per floor. At last, breakfast yoghurt was not there ;)

Liked: It provides free Internet access and near Earl's Court Underground Station with reasonable price. Additionally breakfast was great.

Disliked: The kitchen is too small and there are very few cups and mugs available.

Liked: I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Disliked: I found that my bed was not very comfortable but fortunately I was exhausted at the end of each day

Liked: Nice location. Beyond reach for everything, it is really convenience.

Disliked: The sound prove system is really bad! I can hear noises from everywhere, I cant even sleep well through out the night, the price I paid for definitely not worth it.

Liked: The team was nice and friendly. Its well located, very close from pubs, underground and other facilities

Disliked: The matress was very old with big springs. It made it very uncomfortable. Worst of it was BED BUGS. I had 80 scratchy bites everywhere on my body, even on my face. I've been staying in hostels for a long time, its the first time I see so uncomfortable beds with bugs, its a shame!! Mouldy shower.

Liked: The location was the best thing among all

Disliked: its not that clean and the kitchen doesn't look clean either especially the cups look dirty and the duvet cover looks bad...also the mattresses were all broken we felt like sleeping on the spring inside it and couldn't sleep well

Liked: The breakfast in the hostel is quite good. Its a good place to stay for a few nights in order to discover London. Zizzi's restaurant is fabulous. The hostel is well located, but don't forget your ear plugs...

Disliked: The bathroom is not that clean.

Liked: The location: at 1 min (really!) to the Earl's Court Station, Nice staff, Great breakfast, Possibility to storage your baggage on the day of check out.
