Customer reviewthe central location and modern facilities. If they don't offer free internet it would be good value for money (their internet is expensive). |

Elizabeth DoyleThis hostel was clean and having both a shower and toilet in the room was a plus. Each bunk bed had a light as well as power outlet. The whole hostel was incredibly clean and well maintained. The price of this hostel however, was significantly more than the average London hostel (which is already expensive by European standards!). |

Customer reviewthe location and facilities. It's a real shame that they do not have free wifi access and the price to use it is fairly expensive. |

Customer reviewThe hostel is very new, so there is not much to complain about. However, the room I stayed was quite small, sure a shared room can't be big but I've seen bigger dorm rooms in China. And you had to pay for using the internet, which is not that much of a problem but ... it was kind of expensive. |

Customer reviewI was looking for a safe and clean place on a good location. YHA is exactly that. It's walking distance from Oxford st. and right next to several pubs, restaurants, bars and stores. |

Customer reviewI liked almost everything about this property. It is modern and new and caters for all my needs. The personal power points and lights next to every bed ensures there are enough power points for everyone in the room. There are also power points around the walls of the room. It has a modern kitchen, although no oven, only a conventional microwave . It has lots of fridge space and storage space for food. Large lockers for belongings in room and free use of the locker room is a plus. Everything is very clean. Beds are made with clean sheets, pillow cases and comforters/quilts. Everything is cleaned at least once a day. The kitchen is cleaned at least twice a day. |

Sandra ChristenThe location of the hostel is really good. It is just a few minutes' walk from Great Portland Street tube station. They sell food, you can use the internet and you can ask the staff about anything. What was a bit less convenient was that there is just one lift which seems to be out of service quite often. Also, the bin in our bathroom was not emptied for the time I stayed there which made the bathroom extremely smelly. However, the value for money is great! |

Yan LauOverall the experience was good. The staff were somewhat knowledgable but the thing this hostel has going for it is its location. Perfect location for getting around in London. |

Jennifer DanielewiczI loved the location and the atmosphere. It was clean, safe, secure, and had many facilities (although most of them were at an additional cost). I would definitely stay here again! |

Customer reviewNice, but not as close to a convenient Tube stop as I would prefer. The women at the desk were very friendly and directed me to the nearest book store. It's a few extra pounds if you're not a YHA member, which was frustrating. Everything felt clean and comfortable. |
