Liked: The staff were great, breakfast was good, rooms were quiet, security was fine.

Disliked: Very disappointing toilet/showers -only two for a whole floor!! Also, way too hot in the rooms.

Liked: We were a group of 4, had a room with private bathroom on the 5th floor. The staff was VERY friendly and VERY VERY helpful. Friendly and safe atmosphere,nice location,5' walk from Oxford Street and Great Portland Street Subway station,super market,bank and post office (to exchange money) nearby,quite good value for money,I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to those who visit London for sightseeing and don't really need an expensive relaxation style hotel!

Disliked: We had a problem with the window which didn't open enough so the room smelled a little bit bad even though we had it open all day. What is also a bit annoying (for me it was,I woke up at 7a.m. several times,my friends didn't hear a thing!) is that when our neighbors were closing their door, it made such a loud noise. Finally,no one is cleaning the rooms,they just take the trush out, but how bad can it get?! (NO TOWELS, just to know!)

Liked: Was excellent value for money - very clean. Great atmosphere, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Rooms and lockers were a tight fit for a family with 2 teenagers.

Liked: Ensuite bathrooms in dorms, nice lounge area, central area and very close to tube station (great portland street). Also felt very safe.

Disliked: Dirty bathroom floor, shower water filling whole bathroom floor instead of draining properly, very tiny sink!

Liked: The rooms are clean and well set out, the location is close to Underground stations and it's very secure. The atmosphere and staff were great, friendly and open. I felt really comfortable there!!

Disliked: Not much, there was only one toilet and one shower for a few rooms of 8 people which didn't end up being a problem but could be if there were lots of people wanting to use it at the same time.

Liked: Good location, very friendly staff, clean rooms, ok beds for beeing a hostel, quiet outside and inside, no carpet on the floor (carpet on floor is very unsanitary), nice prices and luggage storage with lockers.

Disliked: No aircondition. Too hot when its 35 degrees celsius outside by day, and 25 degrees celsius by night.

Liked: You have a lot of independence although you can also socialize with many people. The rooms are great and it's location it's pretty good (metro stations nearby).

Disliked: They stole us some food we left on the common shelves of the kitchen. Not cool...

Liked: It was very stylish and modern. I arrived late and left early but I would definitely stay again. Looks like a good place to chill. The staff were fantastic..very informative and helpful. I really like the reading lights and outlets for each bed. Very convenient location to easybus pick up (15 min walk)

Liked: The lounge was nice. Staff were friendly. Rooms were ok.

Disliked: Maeby some more toilets and showers would be great. The main thing that bothered me was that you had to bring your own lock to the lockers, and I did, but the locker wouldn't close even with the lock. And pretty hard to meet people..

Liked: everything was perfect, clean and nice. it looks like more an hotel than a hostel. the whole staff are so helpful, definitely i'll comeback.

Liked: Great location to Oxford St and Great Portland St tube stations. The rooms are clean and never had to cue up for showers whilst I was there.

Disliked: Wifi is quite expensive there and you can only use it in the lobby and kitchen area which is rather inconvenient.

Liked: Everything!! I've stayed in many hostels all over the world and this is honestly one of the best. Amazing staff, great location close to Oxford Street, the rooms were very nice, everything was clean and new, I can't say one bad thing about this place!

Disliked: Nothing at all! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Liked: London: ~ 25 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. Good location, easy to find. Modern and very clean. Friendly staff – 24 hour reception, bar in ground floor – not noisy. Well set-up kitchen/dining area. Separate shower/toilets off main hallways – 2 per floor. Lockers in room – need to provide own lock. Locked day storage area. 8.1/10

Disliked: Having <2 y.o's staying in YHA. Having 55+ y.o's in dorm room.

Liked: This is a fantastic hostel in a great location. The premises are always clean and the rooms are quite big and feel as spacious as a dorm room can feel.
