Liked: The stuff was very friendly and helpful and the location was really amazing (just 5 minutes walk from the Oxford Street).

Disliked: The room was too small and it had no window actually (because it was located on the -1 level). There were no keys to the lockers.

Liked: I liked the fun atmosphere and there was an option for breakfast, good location. Clean too.

Disliked: You were supposed to bring your own lock and a fee was charged because we weren't members, so less friendly to people who dont visit hostels often. There weren't a lot of showers and toilets which can be a problem in busy times.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the lobby brought back college memories of "residence living": extremely dynamic, lively and fun. The facilities came in quite handy too: access to internet, laundry, baggage storage, cafeteria, you basically had most amenities at your disposal.

Disliked: The shared bathroom/shower was quite a drag especially in the morning when the wait times were extensive (so I highly recommend getting an en-suite, if available). London is known to be expensive but this hostel made it no easier on the poor traveler lol - they had just about anything you needed (laundry, towels, locks, wall plug converter, food, internet, etc) but it all came at a cost... nothing was free so just a heads up, bring lots of cash on hand!

Liked: Good location, super-friendly staff, restaurant/bar on site, grocery nearby.

Disliked: Sunny room on 5th floor got a bit stuffy at times, window only opened a few inches, but not unbearable.

Liked: A good hostel, clean and with a good breakfeast.

Disliked: Too big and they charge allot for internet. You clearly see that is a business, it lacks the friendly environment of other hostels..

Liked: The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly, each time i had a problem or needed directions they didn't hesitate to help. This hostel is situated perfectly for London visitors, it is just off regent street and offers access to a main tube line only a 5-10 min walk away.

Disliked: If you don't leave stuff out on your bed then your area gets cleaned along with anything there, which caused me to have a few things thrown out which was disappointing. The shower facility is small and offers no where to store your clothes as the entire floor becomes covered when the shower starts.

Liked: Great hotel to stay if you wana travel in central london :)

Disliked: Perhaps should have included a higher fan for those higher bunk beds, other than that its a very gd,clean n cheap hotel :)

Liked: Near to Station, shops nearby. Beds were comfortable and shower was good.

Disliked: After booking through Hostel Bookers, we were told on arrival that we would have to pay extra as we were not YHA members. This was especially annoying as we'd booked this location based on the price, so for it to be more then we were originally told was a real disappointment. Staff member who checked us in wasn't very friendly, although the rest of the staff were nice. Not allowed to bring your own alcohol which was another let down. Rooms had plastic flooring which wasn't very nice.

Liked: VERY CLEAN, good location, great atmosphere, staff was SUPER friendly and they organized a lot of excursions, full bar and food in lobby area at all hours, bathrooms and set up on floors was great.

Disliked: WIFI had to be purchased! :(

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was great, there was a place to borrow used books and leave old books (all free), there was a pay phone, lockers in the room, free luggage room, free walking room

Disliked: internet was expensive, there was no top sheet in the beds (just fitted sheet and duvet)
