 Staff is really helpful and willing to know every people, nice ladies and also a good way to meet people from different countries.

It had a pretty good location, about a 5 minute walk to 2 different tube stations. Pretty good value for the money. Only a few negatives- the kitchen isn't very well equipped and it closes early and opens late- we had to leave some rather expensive cheese in the fridge because it wasn't open until after we left for our plane. But overall it was a pretty good stay. I would stay there again.

Unfortunately the toilet and the shower next to our room was out of order so that we had to walk one floor downstairs...

The Staff were helpful and friendly. The hostel and surrounding area were quiet at night.

Locker included (with returnable deposit for key) free towel. Kitchen facilities and dining area not brilliant perhaps - but that's not surprising given this is a relatively small hostel.

the common salon and the free internet service, but the bathroom and shower were not good, too less showers and it took a long time until there came hot water.
