Liked: staff friendly and helpful good location nor noisy at night you sleep very well

Disliked: often looking for toilets tissues no sauna available anymorre but still advertised on the website and I choose this hostel based on the fact that there was a sauna as well breakfast is too ligt e.g. no eggs, bacon, beans.

Disliked: Some of the staff weren't very welcoming, the place was dirty, and it was weird that we had to bring down our own bedding. It's like we don't have enough to carry when we bring down all of our luggage?

Liked: Lockers in the rooms. Hot and powerful showers. Friendly staff and long reception hours. Free wifi. My towel was cleared away by housekeeping and the staff made efforts to find it — and they did! I'm very grateful! It's fairly close to a metro.

Disliked: The rooms are quite shabby. Ours smelled pretty horrible. I can't ignore that I had two bug bites on my shoulder after our stay. Though they said the wifi worked in the rooms, it was a very weak signal, but I was glad I could access the web either way. The rooms aren't small, but the beds are triple stacked, which makes for a noisy and jarring night. The area this hostel is located in isn't very walkable. You'll have to take the metro to get anywhere, which is a bit of a shame. Most London hostel are horrible, so I suppose this is a notch above the rest.

Liked: Location is in calm part of town. I liked the beds, very clean and comfortable. The Bizon Bar is very pleasant to stay in. I would improve the kitchen in 1st floor. One table was almost broken, but okay. Very good staying!

Disliked: I disliked the bathroom a bit. Two bath are not too much on one floor maybe..

Liked: Very friendly staff, always willing to go out of their way to help. The atmosphere in the bar at night was fun and lively. Multiple big flatscreens in the lounge with a Wii. The room was clean and totally suitable to my needs. The kitchen, showers, and other facilities were clean and in good condition, and the breakfast was good too. One of the best hostel experiences I've had, and the least expensive by a large margin. Well worth the money.

Disliked: A few of the lockers had broken latches.

Liked: Staff really kind and helpful. Good standard of cleanliness. sheets clean and bed made. Beds easy to get into. Bathrooms good and well maintained.

Disliked: rooms rather crowded. 15 beds in small hotel room. Too few showers and toilets.

Liked: Free Wifi.

Disliked: Location wasn't near anything (I only stayed because it had the cheapest available rate that night and I was only in london to catch the Eurostar the next morning). There were no kitchen supplies (plates/silverware/cookware) in the kitchen, which makes it pretty useless... no toilet paper or paper towels in the WC. There isn't really anything wrong with the place, persay, but if you're in london to see london, then it''s simply average in an inconvenient location.

Disliked: electrical power points not working. bugs in beds (mentioned to me by an american traveller who has moved to white ferry hostel). table and showers broken. not much of a privacy.

Liked: Great value, the hang out area was awesome and great spot to chill. It wasn't noisy for me at all and that spanned the weekend and I was on the top of a three person bunk and felt super safe and secure. Great place.

Liked: the people who were staying there. Outlets and lights for each bed. Kitchen is good.

Disliked: It was filthy, I was bitten by bedbugs & they had obviously sprayed heavily w/pesticides but didn't solve the issue. No sauna. All the furniture is torn, worn or otherwise nasty. carpeting is deeply worn and dirty. Doors do not close or lock. triple bunks: bottom one is ON THE FLOOR. Very depressing place. Cancelled future reservations. No milk at breakfast at 8:30 and staffer had attitude when asked if, "please, is there any milk". Stay far, far away.

Liked: The great location - Near to Underground. Easy transport access to Central London. I met many travellers who are living in hostel for more than one month which clearly describe the good environment of hostel and amazing value for money.

Disliked: I am not satisfied with their shower facilities. Few of bathroom got broken showers. Management should keep focus on the repair and maintenance.

Liked: Easy to find, very close to the tube station.

Disliked: If you´ve never stayed in a London hostel before, you will be surprised how many people can be squeezed into one tiny "dorm". But if you just need a place to sleep, it´s good value for money.

Liked: Closeness to tube station, fairly nice and helpful staff.

Disliked: Lack of hot water when I went, bedrooms very cramped and incredibly hot, not very clean or well kept, distance away from the centre of London.
