Customer reviewAll the staff were great except for one guy who was not only rude and innapropriate to the guests but completely unprofessional in his dealing with the other staff. I think his role is the night manager and if he wasn't around then it would have been one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in. The rooms are crowded but it's good value for your money. |

Customer reviewI didn't have anything I didn't like about it. If I had any questions, the staff were more than happy to help with a smile and friendly tone to their voice. Loved it so much that i'll be staying there next time i'm in London! |

Alan SividalThe stay in Journeys London Bridge was very fine. Everything is as described in the website. We didn't have any problems with noise. The location is excellent, very close to an underground station. The staff was very frinedly. But there is a problem in the room, at least the one we satyed in. The smell was terrible. There is no ventilation in the room, the door and the window is always keep closed. And at least the 4 nights we stayed there nobody cleaned the room, not even open it. So the place was stinky. And in the last night it got even worse. Unfortunatelly arrived two guys that were stinking also. So, without ventilation the air is terrible inside the room. Prefer a private room. |

Tineke WoltingGood beds, they were triple bunkbeds, in a very small room, but the matrasses were very good and that is not something you see that often. |
