Liked: Friendly Staff

Disliked: Bathrooms to small Very loud neighborhood Only large dorms

Liked: The hostel was clean and well looked after, with helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi and being able to stay in the bar after hours to finish my work was a major bonus!

Disliked: Nothing in particular...

Liked: relativly close to the underground, good breakfast, free use of laptops

Disliked: rooms were over crowded, triple bunks are crap and loud, common room was average, not alot on offer, pretty over priced

Liked: The beds with curtains were awesome, location great and most of the staff very friendly.

Disliked: It was very cold in my room, because the window leaked but i guess that's the case anywhere in the uk ;) The kitchen was also a mess at times (because of other guests) so they had to start to claim a deposit of £10 if you wanted to use it... oh and i've never ever had so much food stolen from the fridge as i did here, so don't buy any food unless you are going to eat it right away!!!

Liked: breakfast

Disliked: we werent able to open windows in our room, there were staying 12 people, with out fresh air, it all smelt as old worn socks, Unbreathable air. also bathrooms and toilets are shared, no women and men, just one.

Liked: Good location: easy to find. Free breakfast between 7 and 9am. Code to have connection to internet (but only if you have a computer).

Disliked: The rooms are small especially with people inside. Bunk beds at three levels: not very comfortable if you are at the top of them. The smell in the bedroom was awful when I arrive. Not fresh air inside....

Liked: It's relatively cheap. The toilets and showers are clean.

Disliked: There are too few lockers. There is little space in the room and with all the luggage it gets quite messy. There was no bedside table: it's hard to find a place for your glasses, watch, mobile phone, etcetera when going to bed and for charging your mobile phone, mp3-player, etcetera, as it's laying in your bed while charging..

Liked: The outlook of the hostel look normal but the inner part was better than we expect.

Disliked: There is very noisy during the midnight around 3-5am. The cleanliness outside of the window need to be clean up.

Liked: cool. include breakfast, very clean and friendly staff. no problems to get there, because there is a metro station and bus stops that lead safely to the most visited streets.

Disliked: nothing! all very good and cheap

Disliked: The break fast time is too early (7.00-9.00), it supposes to be 8.00-10.30

Liked: Only 5 mins from tube. Staff pleasant but disorganised. Room spacious with clean bedding.

Disliked: Room itself smelled, the bar below the rooms was dirty with sticky tables and just generally grubby. Breakfast was simply cereal and toast which was fine but very disorganised and just placed over a covered pool table.

Disliked: it's a bit hidden unlike usual hostels - but i found it as no big deal. :)

Liked: The hostel is located in a quiet neighborhood

Disliked: When we arrived, staff told us that we would have to change from bed for the second night. So during the second day, we had no room during 3 hours and our cards were desactivated so we had no access to the inside of the hostel. Luckily, most of the doors are destroyed and dont close correctly. First night, the bed we were supposed to sleep in were busy by other people. Second day, other bed were offer to us...not clean...blood... Staff were unfrienldy, atmosphere is not so good... This hostel steal your money. No quality, no service, unfriendly staf... I really recomment you NOT TO go there

Liked: lots of people all very friendly

Disliked: beds didnt have hardly any head room and on lower beds felt like u were sleeping on the floor

Liked: The staff were usually nice.

Disliked: It was probably due to the other 11 people in my dorm, but the room looked like a brothel. There was nowhere to walk with people's bags and clothes everywhere and the beds were very cramped. They have 3 decker bunks which don't allow you to sit up in bed. The common room below was usually hot and noisy with people passed out on the couches. It didn't feel very inviting. I wouldn't stay here again.

Liked: it's very central (zone 1, Kennington) but in a quiet neighbourhood, 24h open and someone available, beds are comfortable

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: almost everything, rooms are clean, staff is ok and nice, breakfast is rich and there is quite big choice of breakfast meal

Disliked: we didn't like the location too much, because it is quite dark in the evening/night (not too many street lamps) and seems to be a bit dangerous

Liked: Great staff, very accommodating when I arrived before check-in; letting me stay in the common room and use the internet. Dorms were clean and other people staying in the same room were easy to get along with.

Disliked: Electric plugs wouldn't work in beds so I had to dry my hair in the corridor, nothing overly discomforting :)
