Customer reviewThis older building has a lot of small doors, so plan on hearing a lot of banging while people find their way to their rooms with luggage. The walls are thin as well, so I could literally hear my neighbor snore all night. Wasn't loud enough to keep me up, but light sleepers will be bothered. |

Jessica PlayerThe location was good, only short walk to Bayswater station on main lines. Room was clean with lovely fresh sheets and towels. Also impressed with the tea and coffee, hairdryer and tv in the room. For the price you couldn't go wrong staying here if there is a group of you. |

Rado KlancarWe really liked the atmosphere of the hotel, it was very relaxed and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and fresh, new towls every day. Hotel is close to the Hyde park and the shops. We really recommend it. |

Customer reviewthe location was good. the rooms average, some hostels had cleaner rooms. the lift had issues- it was very slow? maybe broken. so had to walk up the stairs a few stories, not very convinient. the interent computers had problems with the internet |

Catherine GoldsonI loved the character of the Georgian building. I also loved the wallpaper in our room - gorgeous bold floral print which looked really boutique-y. Great location, high quality rooms at a great price. |
