Welcome to UMI, a new concept in budget hotels. Our aim is to offer you some of the best London hotel accommodation, with excellent service and facilities, all at a value price. Umi is ideally located in a quiet garden square in the trendy Notting Hill and Bayswater area.

Funky and popular Umi London Hotel in a trendy Notting Hill area is perfectly situated for anyone visiting London on business or pleasure.

Umi offers a combination of comfortable rooms with private en-suite facilities, bar/restaurant and exceptional service, including Concierge and in-house Coffee Shop.
Close to London's major shopping areas of Oxford Street and Knightsbridge, the hotel is also convenient for explorers of the world's famous antique market at Portobello Road.

All rooms are comfortably furnished and decorated in modern, warm colours with digital plasma screen TV's and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Internet Broadband and Wi-Fi connection is available in all the rooms and public areas at a small charge.

Each morning a Cafe Style Continental Breakfast or a Full English Breakfast is available for purchase in hotel's own "Yumi" coffee shop from 7am till 12pm.
Throughout the day, “Yumi” coffee shop serves light snacks, panini’s, selection of teas and fair-trade coffees as well as soft and alcoholic drinks.
Complimentary newspapers and magazines are available in the Reception lobby.

1356 Bar and Restaurant is open from 5pm till 1am. Dinner is available between 6pm till 9.30pm


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A valid credit card number is required to confirm the booking. First night­­'s pre-authorization will be processed on your card prior to your arrival in order to secure the booking.

In case of a debit card provided (Maestro/Switch, Solo, Visa debit), first night will be charged without any further notice. Any remaining balance is to be settled upon the departure from the hotel.
Should the credit card decline upon the 1st night pre-authorization, booking is not guaranteed and a subject to the availability on the day of the arrival.
In case of not sufficient funds to cover the 1st night’s pre-payment or an invalid debit card provided, booking is not guaranteed and a subject to the availability on the day of the arrival.

As of 1st of November 2008 all payments made by a credit card will incur an additional handling fee charge of £1 per transaction.
This does not apply to payments made by any of the debit cards, Maestro/Solo or Switch.

The Umi hotel operates 48hrs Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations or amendments to the existing reservations are to be made not later than by 2pm two days before the arrival day in order to avoid one night non-refundable charge to the credit/debit card provided.

Check-in time is at 2pm & check-out at 11am.
Please note that children age 12 and older are charged at the full adult rate.Please include them in the number entered in the ­N0.­ of adults box.
