Anne-Marie HiltunenThe hostel is quite impersonal and the overnight staff especially aren't too nice or welcoming. However, during my previous stay I did get to meet quite a few people in the infamous smoking gap and all in all had a good time. Then again if I wasn't a smoker, I wouldn't have met anyone properly, because there are way too many people. Like some previous comments have pointed out, the rooms were tiny. Locationwise I thought it was fine, quite close to King's Cross. |

Ashley DurandI do not think someone should have to pay for a lock in the rooms. It should be included. |

Customer reviewAn average place to stay- not fantastic but not bad either. The beds are pod style and offer a lot of privacy. The locker is just a small box above the bed (bring your own lock.) At first the girl at the desk handed me wet sheets (and thought nothing of it) and then I gave them back only to recieve stained ones. The breakfast is pretty good for a hostel (coffee, toast, cereals, jams, etc.) Great location- close to many things-- and more importantly, close to public transit and the subway line to Heathrow Airport. |

Customer reviewClink had a convenient location. It was near one of the main tube stations in London. The room was clean and had individual lockers underneath the bunks. I expected better shower and washroom facilities. The toilets were always clogged in the girl's dorm facilities and the showers stunk. Otherwise, it was quite a pleasant stay. |

Alana van AltenaThis was by far the best hostel i've ever stayed at. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Travel desk was excellent, you can buy tube passes there along with batteries, locks and anything else you need. They sell stamps and postcards, AND they have a mail box which is incredibly convenient. The pod beds are super fun. Lots of windows which is nice. TONS of bathrooms and showers. Best breakfast i've had. Cocoa krispies, rice krispies, cornflakes, and granola cereals. wheat and white bread and toaster, jams and jellies and butter and honey. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. bar is nice, there's a more low-key pub across the street too. I would recommend this to anyone, i'm coming back here for sure. |

Anni RatilainenAlmost everything was fine, but the bed I had been given was dirty. Some red wine and messy tissues lying on the mattress... :/ |

Customer reviewThis place is just like a jail, overcrowded and poor living conditions. They seem to stuff as many beds as possible into tiny unventalated, smelly, noisey rooms, there is no where to put your luggage in the room if it is full (other than on top of someone elses) You have to que about 1/2hour for breakfast (Ive been in large hostels before and never had this issue) the showers are bad and you get sprayed from the person next door so its hard to get dry. I was to stay 2 nights but only stayed one, staff very nice and I got a full refund for second night. |

Customer reviewEverything is ok with this hostel. It is very big. Breakfest was funny they had big poster on the wall for orange juice but you have to pay. A tip: you need to buy orange juice from tesco to save some money. Bed was good. Room wasnt quiet since there is bar on the street but I didnt mind all those football songs. They were having problems with toilets and showers as many of them were unusable. |

Customer reviewPROS: The private rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good and the location is good for getting around. CONS: The cell rooms are not private or comfortable (you can't even close the doors) and the staff are generally unhelpful. |

Steven FeeneyThe staff were very helpful however the secure lockers were TERRIBLE, barely big enough to fight a knapsack in and def def not big enough for a backpack or your items. The rooms are unbelievably cramped and they really really really pack you in like a sardine tin, litterly sleeping on top of each other. You have to use a quilt and pillow which is used by someone else but you get a single sheet to cover the mattress. The downstairs bar is ridiculously expensive considering it's location and the crowd who use it. Overall I would rate my experience as bad and will def stay elsewhere next time. |
