Liked: when we left!

Disliked: beds are uncomfortable rooms were a mess showers stunk could never get toilet paper out of dispenser very noisy in room & noise from outside the window wi fi was expensive, every other hostel we've been to it has been free no lockers in room, you had to pay for lockers

Liked: Good range of services on offer. TV room, Computer Room, tourist information and the bar.

Disliked: It is a bit further from the st. pancras train station than I had expected. Showers could do with some adjustment, as others have mentioned. Rooms need better ventillation.

Disliked: their prices for wifi were pure rip off!! they shud provide free wifi like most other hostels, if they did then ther hostel b perfect

Liked: Staff was friendly, bunk beds were comfortable and solid, free lockers were right above the beds. Showers were clean and large (10-min wait in the morning rush). Location was easy to find and the bus stop is right in front of the hostel.

Disliked: Wifi is not only not free but expensive, there is no comfortable place to sit, "full" breakfast is just toast/tea/coffee/juice, the free lockers are tiny. Location is a bit dodgy at night. This is a very large and impersonal hostel where you are unlikely to meet many people if you are a solo traveler. Regular rates are expensive.

Liked: Good location, free breakfast, reasonably secure. A fun place to stay if you're around 18- 21 on a first trip to Europe. Staff were pretty helpful.

Disliked: No free wifi- probably the only hostel I've ever been in without it Bedrooms way too cramped- trying to fit in as many people as possible Just too big to feel like a cosy friendly backpackers place Perhaps too much aimed at the 18-21 year old crowd.

Liked: it was quite near to the train station. the showers always had hot water

Disliked: i stayed in a budget double and the room was the reallyyy small. the dumpster area was also situated right outside our room so it was unpleasant for us to open the window. we had to pay for the wifi.

Liked: I liked the free breaky in the morning, the pub on fridays and saturdays has a really Dj who plays decent tunes. Nice and close to the Tube..3stops away from middle of London (palace, Big Ben..etc) Its a big place perfect for every traveler I reckon.

Disliked: It was over heated, I mean hey I know its London but mate turn the heat down!! It gets a bits stuff down stairs and you have to pay for internet which sucks! But hey it was good!

Liked: its the coolest hostel ever. Really huge place, well located, many facilities, the pc room used to be a court and they just put some laptops in there, so its a really special place, very nice athmosphere, perfect price. Couldnt be better

Liked: The bar area was okay. The showers are okay, if you have a towel to use.

Disliked: This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed at! After arriving from a 14 hour flight I arrived midday at Clink only to find out that I would have to wait 3 hours until I could check in because they were "cleaning the room". So I figured it wouldn't be a big deal and I could leave my luggage in their storage area, unfortunately that was full. They allowed me to go into their court/TV area to "relax" while I waited. This wasn't that big of a deal, but it got worse... I was staying in a larger room, I believe it was around 8-12 people. Upon entering the room had a light stench to it. Another guest walked in soon after us only to warn us what we were in for... I rented a towel and soon found it would become more useful than just for drying myself off after the shower. The heat, sweat, stench, and grime at night was unbearable. The window was screwed shut so you could only open it the quarter of the way so the heat was recirculating in the room. I found myself (among others) using a towel to dry themselves because of the amount of sweat. The smell of all the sweat and dirt coming off of everyone was disgusting. The beds were crammed together, so rather than making their guests feel comfortable they wanted to achieve max income, (suitable for any business, but quality should always be a factor). Needless to say, i spent most of the day sleeping...outside the hostel and in a park. The smell overwhelmed my clothing so I found myself washing clothes at my next destination. I can only say that I spent no more than 4 hours sleeping in the hostel because of the factors mentioned. Other people felt the same way. My recommendations to the hostel would be is to allow people to open the window all the way!!! and if they need to be shut so people don't jump out then invest in some bars to put on the windows so you can open the windows all the way! ...yes, i realize it was a hostel, but out of all of the dozens of hostels I stayed in, nothing compares to how miserable I was at Clink.

Disliked: The unavailability of free INTERNET in the hostel. This service should be included in the price for the hostel.

Liked: old courtyard close to king´s x bus right to oxford nice pub just across the street

Disliked: rooms are too small, no fresh air, feels like in a crematorium only hot shower

Liked: The hostel is really big so the bar in the basement was always very happening. Ten minute walk away from the tube.

Disliked: There were no lockers in the rooms and the rooms were a bit small.

Liked: breakfast, rooms and staffs are very friends.

Disliked: bathrooms and toilets. toilets are only one toilet in a flat. first time the water is very cold and stop in few minutes, so have to hold it in order not the water to stop, and the water is to hard after it starts.

Liked: I think this hostel is almost perfect! The kitchen is clean and fully equipment. The shower rooms are also clean and comfortable. Free hair dryers. Dorms are certainly private and not makes noise(not creak). My suitcase was pretty heavy. But stuff carried to my room. Thanks!

Disliked: Not free internet. You have to bed making by yourself.(only linen)
