Liked: The location is good, staff are very helpfull, clean facilities.

Disliked: Noise, and too much of it!! when it said continental breakfast i expected a big fry up, but instead theirs just cereal and toast, but it's free so i guess it's not too bad.

Liked: Great Staff. Comfortable beds. Security and activities available. Travel store was handy too.

Disliked: There are a lot of beds, which equals a ton of people at all hours.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful

Disliked: Tiny lockers, no suitcase space. Smelly, no air in rooms or bathroom. Hoards of people hanging around the front door smoking and blocking the entrance.

Liked: I strongly recommend this hostel, it's really clean, the furniture looks new and the atmosphere is really enjoyable. Additionally, all the facilities are included (except towels). The hostel has a large wi-fi room in the basement, which turns into a dining room during breakfast time. The breakfast is also included and it's also very good. Prices are surprisingly affordable.

Liked: It was amazing. The staff behind the desk are very friendly, the place itself is lovely and very modern and bright and cheerful, not null are dreary like some hostels. The room was nice and the bed was a good size. Everyone I met there was friendly and chatty and it was great meeting loads of people from different countries. The breakfast (which was free) was really good, although I don't understand why they put out syrup if there are no pancakes available !

Disliked: Only think I think could be improved is the pillows, they are very small and not very comfortable, but considering how amazing everything else was, it doesn't really matter !

Liked: Its novelty and uniqueness. A great bar atmosphere and the best continental breakfast of any hostel I've stayed at.

Disliked: It's a giant maze! Also the bunks seem a bit like pigeon-holes, giving them a claustrophobic feel, and the showers switch off after 10 seconds.

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding, I am extremely satisfied with the way they handled any concerns of a customer. The property was clean with good atmosphere, I am more than happy to return here and highly recommend the hostel for any visitors in London :)

Liked: This hostel had a very cool vibe. I felt relaxed and safe when i first walked in. This was my first experience staying in a hostel and i'm glad it was a good first time.

Disliked: There weren't outlets in the bathrooms/ shower rooms. It also might be beneficial to create a room close to the showers for changing into clothes after showering.

Disliked: the only bad thing was that one of the girls that I shared the room with.. sleept in her bed with his boyfriend and even thought it can be out of control of the hotel, i think a visible sing prohibiting this situation can help

Liked: The location was great, only about 5 minutes walk from St. Pancras station, the main Eurostar hub of London, so likely a traveller's first stop in Britain. Bed was comfy enough, this was the end of my backpacking trip so I spent a lot of time just relaxing. Staff were helpful and the free breakfasts were a godsend!

Disliked: A bit pricey, but that's London for you. Not as atmospheric or social as some of the other hostels I stayed in, probably because of its sheers size and most people there were travelling with others.

Disliked: The beds are definitely "cosy" with bunks right next to each other. There was one a small over head secure locker for valuables.

Liked: The history and the original features really did add character to the building. The place was large (much bigger than I expected). As I was in a a dorm it was nice that their were communal spaces to just be with out feeling like you are bothering someone else. the room (16 dorm female) was large, enough room for beds and dressing space. The water was always hot, didnt have to wait for showers or toilets (good times!) and there were hair dryers in the shower rooms which worked well. it was a comfortable temperature through out the hostel. the location was really good, King's cross underground has loads of lines going through it so it really is ever so easy to get from one place to another. it's a rather pleasant walk to and from the hostel too. The breakfast was basic but thats all i wanted. No fryups! (which is good cos i am veggie) but local places offer fryups in the cafe's,.they are written on one of the memo boards). I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again next time i visit London. :) (and a lot of the staff were really good looking)

Disliked: There was a slight smell to the showers but nothing major, just kind of like the plumbing was a bit old, once you got your shampoo lartherd you could'nt tell. In my room it was a little bit dusty in places. I was not aware of the security camera on the landing, which meant I went to the showers in a semi dressed state, rather than remembering my t-shirt. whoops!

Disliked: everything is good, but bathroom is a little bit small. once you want wash you hair, you have to take a bath.

Liked: Cheap for London. Clean. Free breakfast

Disliked: Very "corporate" hostel. Internet costs extra. Packed in like sardines, if it weren't for the partition walls I could have spooned the 2 people next to me.

Liked: Nice enough place. A little too big to have real caracter but nothing wrong with the place. Liked the writing on the walls. Fair value for money do not hesitate to use. Liked the small travelsshop where you can pick up adapters and other stuff. Kings Cross is a good location and Clink get a plus because of this.

Disliked: Its big and lacks that special charm. Nice enough and I would recomend it as long as you don´t expect anything special, the staff will treat you right but without the personal touch that you can find at many smaller Hostels.
