Hostel was alright. The double bed dorm is very noisy! u end up hearing thing you dnt want to... However, staff was very friendly and it was easy to places since underground is 2mins away.

I liked the fact that it was in an old building and the fact that all the people there were very friendly. It had a very nice atmosphere. I found it pretty clean at all times. The value for money was excellent!

Clean bathrooms. Fully-enclosed bottom bunk beds. Pre and post checkout luggage storage available (security is mostly non-existent for pre-checkout storage/ pay lockers available for post checkout.)

The shared bed rooms were the best I've seen so far, they had drapes so you were completely alone with no one able to view you. Lights inside your bed area so you could still read while the lights were off and easy walk to Swiss Cottage station on the gray line.

Palmers was fantastic. My brother and I stayed for a few days and met some great people and even hung out with a few of the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and really kept the place running well. I would love to stay there again when I come back to visit.

The location was great - removed enough from London to be relaxing but close enough to have easy access to the city and Finchey Road, where you could do all the shopping you'd need to get by. Breakfast was great - hot croissants, fruit, cereal, and toast every morning. There were lots of little nooks and crannies in the hostel where you could lounge around. Probably the best thing about Palmer's Lodge though was the FREE INTERNET, reservable in 30 minute blocks.

Not a bad place to stay in for one or two night. The location is okay, its a block away from the underground station. My bed was clean, but the room smelled like men sweat, and my female friend's room smelled like shampoo, which is pretty much expected. Free Wifi, so thats a plus. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very well-run place. Comfortable and clean, safe, relatively quiet. Free Internet with access to several computers, free wi-fi. Close to public transportation. Good, solid breakfast (there was granola, cheese and fruit in addition to the average bread and corn flakes when I was there!) Highly recommended!

Not in a central location- but cheap and easy to get anywhere on the subway. The breakfast was really good, however the washrooms were so smelly and gross.

what i booked is a sharing room. when i arrived, the staff changed my room type to single room which is so much smaller with same price. that's very unreasonable and unacceptable.

Staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable and quite special, breakfast average. Room was extremely smelly, as it was in the basement and you could not open any windows. *Blurgh*
