Customer reviewThe staff where all very friendly and helpful except for one gentleman- I didn't get his name. He works at the reception desk. He totally embarrassed me by yelling at me in front of everyone. He's was also rude over all, and does not belong working in customer service |

Customer review- Good location, very close to the Underground, only a short trip to the centre - A keycard to enter the floor and your room and big lockers below the beds: you're sure your stuff is safe - A bar with cheap beer: good place to meet people, relaxed atmosphere - Not that much of a good breakfast, but enough toast, cornflakes and coffee for everyone - Curtains for each bed separately, you have privacy and the light won't wake you up - Very clean toilets and showers |

Tim LanderyouPalmer's Lodge may not be right in the center of London, but it is a 2 min walk from the underground, so getting around is quick, easy, and fairly cheap if you grab an Oyster card. The hostel was clean, had character, and was a fun place to meet other travelers. The rooms also provided enough privacy that you could relax and get away from it all if that's what you want. |

Jessica PayneI loved the old building turned new look. The staff was awesome. They gave you a voucher for cheap beer or a cheap dinner the first night, great idea, met lots of awesome people. Stayed in the 21 bedroom dorm and it turned out to be tons of fun. Went out with girls that didn't speak English to the club and had an unreal adventure. Great price for your stay. Lots of space to lock up your items and feel safe about it. Extremely close to the underground. Best Hostel I stayed at during my Tour of the UK hands down. |
