Liked: Good value - GBP 10 for a premier location, next to three London Museums. Area is nice with many bars, restaurants, etc., and 2 minute walk from South Kensington tube station. Room and bathrooms are somewhat dirty, but I guess you get what you pay for. But they did provide clean sheets and a breakfast of 2 slices of bread with butter/jam, coffee/tea, and milk/cereal.

Liked: Its been a good place to stay for a few nights if you dont care how bathrooms have to look like. its been a bit dirty, but was okay all in all. the room was clean, but the breakfasts been only toast with strawberry jam or cornflakes. but there was a fridge in our room. Id recommend it if you dont mind to bring your own food :) 3 mins to south kensington station and situated in french quarter - very good location.

Liked: This hostel is a good place to stay when you're in London for a couple of days. It's clean and not expensive. The breakfast is ok but the dining room is too small for all the hostelstayers. The basement doesn't smell that good, a bit fusty.But all together, the hostel is well located and a fine place to stay (with typically English carpet;))

Liked: The place has no proper lounge to meet people, the woman in charge of the kitchen at breakfast is a little rude and I sometimes felt this hotel was trying to do the minimum for its clients...

Liked: Very convenient. Nice people--stayed there 5 years ago as well. We stayed on 5th floor (European 4th floor), which was very far to carry bags. No AC or fan, which is expected, but it was rather stuffy. Also, there are several different bathrooms, but several don't work properly. Otherwise, it's a great value in a nice neighborhood in London.

Liked: The free luggage storage is only free up to 6pm. if you store the luggage after 6pm, you will get charged. On top of it, the kitchen at the basement is not fully equipped as mentioned. You have to bring your own cutlery and some utensils if you intend to cook yourself. However, with the £10 for a bed in 10 mixed dorm room. it is value for money considering the hostel is near Museums and Hyde park.

Liked: Location is really good, right next to the subway ("South Kensington Station"), the center is in walking distance; the money is fair enough for a quiet cheap and clean room, clean and working bathrooms, but maybe not the right place to stay for a single traveller, who wants to join other people;all in all worth recommending

Liked: I was not entirely impressed with this hostel. It is located in a nice safer area near the Natural History Museum but that is about the only advantage. I found the staff not very helpful and I was shocked that the hostel did not provide towels. Breakfast is awkward and the room I stayed in had to be locked by the person leaving the room from the outside. Of course, this meant the room was not always locked. Anyone could have walked in from the street and then walked into our room if they had wanted to. I would definitely look for another hostel if I were to stay in London again.
