Liked: The only positive thing about this hostal is the location.

Disliked: The manager is impolite. The breakfast is composed of cold toasts and cereals. There is almost no water coming out from the shower and there is only one bathroom for a lot of people and they are not even clean. There is almost no security since we entered in our room while other people's stuff was still there (and stayed there for more than 2 hours...). I really did not like this place and do not recommend it!!

Liked: Very nice location, friendly staff, good value for the money.

Disliked: They were renovating, so the room we originally booked wasn´t avalible when we arrived, so we stayed in this awful dormroom, with mold all over the walls and windows, that smelled horrid. When we got our own room it was much better, but the day after we switched rooms, we saw that our old room was beeing renovated; and renovated means painting over the mold.. Can´t really be too healthy. Otherwise, the toilets were a bit up and down with the cleanlyness.

Liked: It's near the tube and generally the location is very good.

Disliked: we were moved a lot around, there was a lot of mold. And no sheets the first night. Not clean.

Liked: Very close to South Kensington Station which is only 2 stops next to Victoria.

Liked: The location is very convenience.

Disliked: The room and bathroom are so old and dirty. The water is hot but the pressure is not good. It would be better if they improve their bathroom and atleast paint the room.

Liked: Location

Disliked: Very bad condition, walls are moldy and the room is very cold. In the description of the room it does not say that the bathroom is used by many if not quite the whole hostel - dirty, no soap and very small. The so called "safe" in the room, I would not call it so, because it is easy to open and could carry out. The diding room smels like a rat hole and as cheap as it may seem, not worth it, I'd rather pay more and spend my days there as a human.

Liked: Location - Love South Kensington

Disliked: Everything else. Staff not particularly pleasant. Rooms dirty and cramped. Bedding stained. Toilets flooded and unclean. Included breakfast was toast in a dirty kitchen and dining room. Were not supplied with a key for our room, so we had to trust the staff to lock it. rReally unimpressed. Could be so lovely with some work. Won't be staying or using hostelbookers again.

Liked: Location.

Disliked: It was a filthy hole in the middle of London. Clearly the staff (who were related) did not care about the condition and safety of the guests. No lockboxes (thought promised), no luggage storage (thought promised), windows which couldnt lock, windows which couldnt open. 6 types of rugs in the place, since they didnt repair on the old ones but simple put at little strip of some old stuff where the holes where.

Liked: best thing about this hostel was the location and the price. It wasnt the nicest place, there was one bathroom between alot of people and there was nowhere safe to lock up your stuff. however pretty nice location and was in a nice area and your paying dirt cheap prices so you cant expect to much for what your paying!
