Liked: It was very good value for money considering its location and the fact that you got a single room without having to share. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I accidentally got locked out of my room. I liked that it was self-catering and you were pretty much left to your own devices.

Disliked: I don't think it made it clear enough that you were required to bring your own cutlery and crockery if you wanted to use the kitchen.

Liked: I liked the fact that it is close to shops and commerce area, but is situated in a very calm residential street. Central places like Oxford Stree, Picadilly etc. are just 15 mins. away by subway. You can sure get a good sleep! Rooms are small and simple, but clean and organized. Shower is good and every guest has its all cupboard and private appliances in the kitchen, very practical.

Disliked: I did not like that they do not provide towels neither breakfast on site. I was not aware of that, then I had to rush and buy myself a towel.

Liked: Reasonably priced and excellentt location for central London visiting; well-served by tube and buses nearby. It was warm and the showers worked well.

Disliked: Several of the toilets were out of action over the days I was there - and some had been out all week. The rooms are very spartan - but for a short stay, that doesn't matter.

Liked: Very clean. The best showers (roomy, lots of hot water) I've seen in England. Close to underground station that is a cool area and on direct line to Leicester Square. I liked that it was women only, too.

Disliked: You had to pay if you wanted internet connection.

Liked: Very helpful staff.

Disliked: On my first night I found someone else's toenail in my bed. Wifi was very weak, at times could not get signal.

Liked: very quite, great location, the best value for money if you want a private room in London

Disliked: The bed wasn`t comfortable, they clean the rooms only once a week (the toilets were cleaned every day).

Liked: close to metro station - Euston

Disliked: when I asked to change room because of not working lock, men said it is not possible. You can hear your neighbor next wall

Liked: This place is not set up for short stay guests. You get handed your cutlery and plate and cup when you arrive. The wifi dropped out constantly. Their are rules posted everywhere. Great location tho and clean. No towels provided or available .

Disliked: Getting 1 spoon,fork,bowl, plate, mug and pot handed out. Wifi very unreliable.

Liked: Safe place to stay, extremely quiet and private. Close to the city, really well priced for a private room.

Disliked: Could have been cleaner and could have had some more information for short-term visitors, such as a suggested café or shop nearby, public transportation information, etc.

Disliked: A little too quiet. The nearest tube station is on a branch line.

Liked: it was clean and safe. Rooms are bit small but have all facilities in it except fan. staff is helpful and is close to train station.

Disliked: bed sheets were not that clean. there were no fan in the room and no water or glasses .

Liked: Fabulous place, lovely garden, felt really at home- great if you want somewhere quiet, cheap, central in london with a private room and access to kitchen - including your own allocated half shelf of a fridge! Will definitely be back :-)

Disliked: Wouldn't be so good if you want somewhere lively to meet lots of people, but then I didn't so I loved it.

Liked: It's a female only place. the facilities are great, self catering, had own locked cupboards for tinned/packet food, cutlery crockery supplied, fridge space. seemed to be in a nice area and close to Regents Park

Disliked: rooms too hot, no kettle in the room although one available in the kitchen

Liked: The amazing quietness and the international mix of residents. Many are long stay and regard this as their home. Some want to keep their own company but many are very friendly, so even though I was on my own, I never felt lonely. it was lovely to be able to sit in the garden or the lounges or be able to access the internet. Bed linen very clean.

Disliked: The problem finding it. All instructions should state that the building entrance is at the start of Augustus St where it joins Park Village East - google maps give a false impression of its location and the building notice written in pale green on white is very difficult to see especially at night. Also over a 4 day public holiday the bins in the toilet were full to overflowing - not pleasant. Communication of my special bedding request ( which had been agreed) and which I notified twice by email did not reach the night staff so I had to firmly press my request until it was met.

Liked: Clean, good service provided by most of staff, excellent location.

Disliked: One member of staff very rude - young girl, long dark hair, was on duty on Monday morning.

Liked: Great neighbourhood not in crowded downtown. Nice and clean and comfy. All the people who stayed there were very decent and quiet.

Disliked: An electrc appliance (a giant ventilator?) was going all day and all night long, and nobody seemed to know what was causing it. And I couldn't sleep basically.

Liked: It`s nice and clean. The situation is very convinient to reach with bus or tube. It`s friendly orientated. A good place to stay for a while.
