Connie TangI was given a set of keys with a set of dishes, a plastic box and a saucepan. Very systematic. You get a designated cupboard and a place in the fringe so that you can put your stuff in the plastic box and put inside the fringe. So very tidy with no mess up. However, you need to pay the deposit of £30 for the set of keys but the hostel did not receive cash. So the hostel charged you on your credit/debit card. Once you returned the key when you checked out. The hostel refunded the deposit back to your card. Very safe and quiet. |

Customer reviewMore like student accommodation than a backpackers hostel. I had my own basic room which included a single bed, wardrobe and sink. Shared bathroom and toilets which were very clean. Only about five minutes walk from Mornington Crescent tube and another 5-10 minutes walk to Camden. You should note that you can only pay by card - no cash. Also, I was next to a shower room which had a rather noisy fan and there is no luggage storage facility. Apart from that it was very good. I would stay again. |

Customer reviewWe were annoyed as we had booked the apartment and on arrival found that it had been double booked so we had no option but to stay in a private twin room, not what we were expecting |

Customer reviewit is not really a hostel, feels more like long term student accomodation. they had good facilities, but there seemed to be a lot of rules and regulations which no one ever told me about until after. Also it was annoying that they didnt except cash deposits or cash for laundry etc. |

Customer reviewSuperb for women travelling alone! There is a secure front door with intercom, and all room doors have strong locks. Even the wardrobe had a lock on it. The room was small but perfect, clean and well kept. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. The area is a safe area and I'm really stoked that I chose it. Probably not for those looking for a 'backpacker' experience, but if you want somewhere safe and secure to rest your head, it's ideal. |

Jessica MillarReally nice, quiet place to rest your head. Room was very much like a bedroom in university halls- basic and compact, but with everything you'd need. Door had a good secure lock. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of storage. Great place for young and old a like looking for a cheap and cheerful base to explore london from. |

Christine CassanellThe ultimate no frills budget accomodation, it was perfect for me a lone woman traveller The hostel is extremely clean and well run. The only downside was the room which was very hot! The hot water pipes ran along the end of the room. |

Lisa GoodellIt had a beautiful garden out back that our room overlooked. The room was clean, our (private) bathroom was clean. My only complaints were that we arrived on a Saturday morning and were told that we couldn't get the WiFi password until Monday morning, when the regular staff was there. Also, they had recently painted and apparently didn't air out the room. The smell was overwhelming to the point of making me feel ill. Even though it was cold, we had to keep the windows open just so we could breath. Overall, however, we really enjoyed our stay. |

Customer reviewThe room was OK. But the staff very rude and didn't help to resolve any problems. The internet didn't work, the washing mashine didnt work, the kitchen was empty without any cutlery and everyday they told me they will fix it but never happened. In this place nothing works. |
