Good comfortable bed, with relatively close location to central London (a few underground stations away). Provided lockable cages under the bed for luggages. Good if you only need a place to sleep.

The staff was great. The girls were really helpfull. Location was awesome. 3 Blocks from a Tube Stop, near grocery stores. This place was excellent if on a longer holiday. For short stays... it wasn't close to any of the nightlife. Still would reccomned it though.

It was a really fun place to stay, but I wish it was a little closer to some nightlife. Great staff and lounge area though!

The people in my room were very nice. It was a random, changeable bunch, but they made the stay a lot nicer. One girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful, but the guy was a bit indifferent and rude. The lock of the room I stayed in didn't work and you need to buy a lock for the locker at a ridiculous price of 5 pounds, so you might not feel too safe about leaving your belongings like that in the room, but I had quite some valuable items with me and I was fine. The people are very honest. Facilities are good, though nothing special. Breakfast is probably good for the true backpackers, but I am too picky to like it ;) The location is superb though. You can't get it any better, IMO.

Great self-catering facilities. Nice environment to hang out and meet people. Internet is rather expensive, but so is everything else in London. The bathrooms are something to be desired, but they were being worked on at the time, so maybe they will be fine in the future.

the staff was so friendly and the social group of "regulars" was so strong- staff would hang out even when not working and the lounge and kitchen were always great places to find someone to talk to! kept my laptop and passport in the safe and never worried about them! i was truely sad to leave the astor kensington, it was a fabulous two weeks!

The breakfast is a fantastic buffet, and the large kitchen allows me to buy takeaways or cook. There's lots of area to rest and chat, good place to meet people. The beds are clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back again.
