 The location is really great: close to many of the most turistic points of London. Besides, its neighbourhood is quiet and nice. Facilities were properly provided: the beds are comfortable, the toilets are quite clean (although there were some plumbing problemas), and the breakfast included is great. We have had such a great time here and would repeat if we visit London again.

the bedrooms were really tidy and the beds seemed very new. Breakfast was selfserving which I really liked too.

The location was excellent value for money - so close to the tube station!! Staff were great and we all felt very safe and at home.

it is in the center of london and it's not far from a tube station, it's not too expansive and there is a lot of different persons. but there is a negative point: no hot water at the 4th and 5th floor, but very very hot water (too hot to have a shower) at the 1st, 2nd and 3th floor... it's a bit annoying!

It was conveniently located near a tube station, all went smoothly apart from the fact that the booking website made me specify a time I'd arrive but I had to wait an hour from the time when I got there to check-in.

friendly staff, great atmosphere, great location, cozy, lots of space in the room, good showers although some complain about the water temp: I used the shower by the luggage room and it worked perfect for me, nice kitchen, good breakfast, highly recommended!

The staff were really great people and the location was very good, with a 24h supermarket at 50 meters and very safe neighborhood.

The lady who worked in the night shift was super friendly and helped us with a lot with bus connections. We had to sleep in 2 different rooms during our stay- but only because the staff was friendly enough to let us stay in the same room for both nights! And on top of that we got a discount, so no complaints!
