Liked: The studio we got was lovely! It was clean, cozy and the appliances and the internet were working properly. Also, the bed was really comfortable. The location was good, there were lots of cafés,pubs,supermarkets and it was about 10 minutes walk to Willesden Green station. Ador, the manager we met, was very friendly,kind and helpful. We had a very good time.

Disliked: They said somebody would pick us up at the station but when we called nobody answered. Even though, it was not a big deal as it was quite easy to get to the accommodation from the station. They charged us a late check-in, which was a mistake, but we got a refund as soon as we talked to them. There were these 2 slips but we not only reccommend it but also intend to return and stay with them again.

Liked: The area it was in. That laundry services were available. Private.

Disliked: Very stupid check in system. Sending an email the day of arrival containing all the information for your stay, and then not telling the person about it is ridiculous. Room was not the cleanest, and parts of the bathroom were broken. NothIng In regards to the facilities or services were explained.

Liked: Nice atmosphere with lots of travellers, common area with TV and free breakfast were definitely a plus.

Disliked: The mattresses were just a bit uncomfortable and the bunk beds grinded when turning but other than that, it was a great place.

Liked: The property is very clean and tidy. That is what i like about it.

Disliked: The fact that there is no bathroom on the top most floor and that the offered breakfast is dreary.

Liked: Really nice place to stay in London and helpfull staff, the double apartmente was perfect for me and my girlfriend, we really enjoy it and recommend for everybody.

Disliked: They send a wrong e-mail with the details i needed, thefore i found to get in the hotel studio just the next day, but was a normal missunderstood and they didn't charge the first day. Very honest and serius people. I really recommend.

Liked: We stayed at the brodsbury park rd property (they have more than one appartment). We booked this hostel because it was the cheapest we could find but the room was full so we got upgraded to a private double room for free. There were two kitchens which were both large and well equipped and there was a really nice lounge area with big tv and pool table. clean, secure, well organised and actually equipped to provide for the amount of people staying there.

Disliked: Coudnt find a can opener. That is all.

Liked: The room seemed to be rather clean.

Disliked: We had to pay extra 'fees' which weren't accounted for in the original hostelbookers reservation: 2 pounds per day for electricity and water (which is absolutely ridiculous) and 25 pounds for checking in after 5 pm. The studio was extremely small and directly under the roof so all the walls were at an angle. I couldn't stand upright anywhere but in the centre of the room. This meant that the stove wasn't really usable for cooking as I would have needed to constantly bend down 30 centimetres while cooking. We got towels and toilet paper (2 rolls for 2 weeks!) only after explicitly asking for it. The water from our shower apparently seeped down into the room below ours. The internet was extremely slow and often didn't work at all. During the two weeks we were staying there, we only met someone from the staff when we checked in, when we got our towels and when they repaired the shower. When we called them and asked for a confirmation that we had booked a room (we needed it for a money transfer), they first put us on hold for almost 10 minutes and then just kept repeating, 'We don't do that'. It would have probably taken them 2 minutes to write that confirmation, but they just wouldn't do it. They don't even have an office – or at least wouldn't give us the address.

Liked: Good for the price you pay, however be prepared to share with lots of ppl. Some people can be very messy and well your pretty much stuck with them for the week or even longer.

Disliked: everyone just kept slamming doors, and there is only one common area to sit and watch tv. So if a groups got the remote, too bad so sad..

Liked: The location is great, it's a very relaxing place. It took no more than 20 min to reach the centre from the Kilburn station. The 24h wifi Internet connection is very useful too.

Disliked: Nothing in particular... maybe the room was a bit small for two persons.

Liked: A nice, comfortable place to stay, not far from the city centre. :-)

Disliked: 1) The hot plate (for cooking) - quite slow: boiling water requires a long time; 2) the water tap in the room - not always working properly.

Liked: two staff were nice but others are as rude and usless as a human can be. the internet was fast but thats about the only desent thing about the place

Disliked: the rest of the staff are as rude and usless as a human can be. I was in a room with people who were up all night and slept all day. I was not in London to party and waste all my time. this made everything difficult. this is the worst hostel I stayed at ever!!! I will never recomend it to anyone and will actually tell all to avoid it!

Liked: I came to London and a shuttle service has been provided to the place and that was nice. I was first shown another place than I saw on the internet. Very old and not very comfortable to live ín I guess. I then have been shown the place I saw on the website but I needed to sign a whole contract to stay there and this was something I could not understand as it is not usual policy. I went and looked for something else. After two days I came back and stayed there for 10 days. The place itself is nice and has a familiar atmosphere, it is a large villa used as hostel. My shaver has disappeared and none seemed to care and it seemed even more strange to me that someone knew exactly how it looked like. An iron has been stolen as well as a bra from a girl inside my dorm. It was ok but the thing with the shaver still loathes.

Liked: Well equipped appartement, friendly staff

Disliked: a bit far off (appr. 15min to the nearest tube station, 20 min to centre with the tube) the appartements are located in different building from the main adress and we did not receive an e-mail beforehand informing us about the actual adress, so we had to walk another 10min from the main adress to the acutal adress when we arrived

Liked: The environment was good, it was quiet and near to a tube station. Our small apartment was completely new and clean.

Disliked: We found it clean when arriving, but after a week I was really missing something like a besom to keep it clean. That would have been more important than the electric iron and the ironing board that we found.

Liked: This was the only hostel in London that looked like a house, very cosy and clean and with a habit of silence after 9 in the evening, that was really relaxing! A plus: the baths/showers, common spaces that were really glamorous and even a little garden, and the area.

Disliked: In here I have the "chance" to encounter some members of the staff that were the most crazy and destructive hostel employees one can meet in London! Except a few members of the crew that really rocked, the staff was made of totalitarian frustrated with a vengeance spirit employees that were preoccupied less in solving problems (like that one of overheating - which was left 1 week at the maximum, with all the lipsticks melting and my respiratory tract in inflammation, in spite of us signaling the problem twice at the main office) but mostly in composing stupid and almost aggressive remarks intended to deal with customer complaints and eventually taking decisions into making our lives a hell, from pure vengeance (I guess customers were perceived like ''enemies" by them, a bit of a psycho approach). By the way, any hostelbooking portal was FILTERED by their internet network on purpose and when asked why, their boss (a woman with an edgy attitude) repled that "these are the rules", that we have to book directly from them, through the internal phone line (by the way, this way the prices were higher). Me putting this question prevented me for getting further bookings/accommodation from Accommodation London, without breaking any rule in there and without being given an explanation. And, in spite of the very nice look of the place, the basement smelled like hell, pity of that beautiful kitchen where the smell were present most of the time...I was sorry for that property and the consideration of the owner, and for the image of that few gorgeous people working in there, while an elegant place like this was ruled by a few weird humans that hadn't read for sure 1984 or El otoño del patriarca, otherwise they would have realized how pathetic they behave.

Liked: The location is very convenient : near the underground station, many buses (and night buses) and shops.

Disliked: The noise of the front door slammed all night long. The 5% charge added to pay by credit card (we knew about it but it's difficult to travel with more than £1,000 in cash!...)and last but not least an evening caretaker who had decided we couldn't open the blinders and curtains to let fresh air in : there were only 2 very small windows in the room hidden behind a thick curtain, it was damned hot in there! He argued DAILY that a council law prevented us from opening the curtains and insisted we use the very dusty fan instead...! Ecological !??? we felt like illegal migrants who had to hide !
