Customer reviewI was given one roll of toilet paper for one week's stay. Offered free laundry powder with access to coin laundry. During the whole week there was no laundry powder. I was given a faulty key and when I was locked out at night I received terrible service when calling the manager/emergency number. This was their problem. Not mine! Kitchen wasn't clean enough to eat out of. I couldn't even wash the dishes properly because the sponges were so old. |

Customer reviewWhen I went to extend my stay by 3 days after having stayed a week, the staff told me that I had to extend for a week or not at all. The minimum stay is a week and they were not very helpful at all when I wanted to extend and since there were so many open beds I couldn't understand why they wouldn't want the business. |

Customer reviewThis review is about 22 Anson Rd, NW2 3UU. They do manage other properties, so I guess my opinion cannot be generalised for all of them. Good budget accommodation. It is not a hostel, but rather a house containing several rooms. Populated mainly by tourists and newcomers as a HQ to find long-term letting. It lacks reception, but the office is easily reachable by phone. Close enough to the centre (5-8 min walk to tube station + roughly 15-20 min by tube) to be considered for tourists. I stayed in a self-contained studio and the kitchen and WC/shower were superb. It was furnished with bed, couch, table, 2chairs, wardrobe, TV with remote, full kitchen and little bathroom. Beware that check-in ends as early as 5.45pm so if you arrive later you will be charged 25GBP. I wasn't charged the late check-in which I really appreciated. The WiFi, which was one of the main pluses when choosing this accommodation, was however really disappointing. They only have one access point on the ground floor and my studio was on the 2nd floor, so the signal was very weak and was getting interrupted all the time. At night, after they lock the lounge door, forget about getting any signal at all. |

Customer reviewWe stayed for two weeks in a double room in a sherd house. We got exactly what was promised to us: the place was clean, quite and well equipped with kitchen, internet (a computer, not only wi-fi) and washing and dryer machine. The tube was only a short distance away as well as a day and night bus service to Oxford Street. Make sure to read the terms of payment before arrival. Recommended. |

Customer reviewThe accomodation was nice, but the organisation and reception service is terrible. There is no check in desk, so you risk to never get into your accomodation! they do not know who is checking in and when and give you a random address to meet them (no reception), but you are very likely to find no one there. Poor communication and unexistant costumer service. |

David MasseyI had a room to myself, in London for £30 a night. However compared to their other property which is hostel/shared accomodation it was poorly maintained, dreary and a bit of a dissapointment compared with my previous stay which was great. The TV remote didnt work so I couldn't use the TV, there was no loo paper which I'd rather have than the free teabags and the curtains didn't cover the ground floor windows so people having a cigarette outside my window (cough) could see in. That having been said it was fit for purpose and cheap |

Customer reviewIt's quiet, clean, has tea, coffee and toast supplied, free internet etc etc for a reasonable price and in near transport. It's a good place to stay for people who are looking for work in london. It's definately not a party hostel as you are not allowed to drink alcohol on the premises. |
