Liked: The lounge area was great for people to relax and interact with eachother.

Disliked: Some of the uttensils in the kitchen were dirty.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The room had triple bunks, and it was very difficult to sit up in bed. The rooms were so small there was no place to put your luggage. Wifi doesn´t work properly There are a lot extra costs for lockers, towels, internet, luggage room. The staff was very rude and difficult to deal with. The only time they talked nicely to you were when you asked for the luggage room, because you have to pay for it, they weren't welcoming or friendly. The bathroom is disgusting, the shower drainage was dirty. Everytime the toilet stayed without toilet paper. The water is very hot and you can´t change de temperature. There were not enough toilets and showers to accomodate all de guests.

Liked: Location was great and the staff was really great.

Disliked: Beds did not have curtains like they said and had in pictures. The cost is cheap but have a number of extra costs for lockers, towels, and internet. Room was extremely small and had no where to store my bag. This was not the hostels fault, but I had the unfortunately privilege of being in a room with a man who snored like a freight train.

Disliked: The service and attitude of the staff. Waited 10 minuted to be served when I arrived.

Liked: That you could charge your phone by your bed without a transformer. Good bedlamp.

Disliked: When I arrived in the middle of the night it was dirty sheets in the bed. Everything in the hostel is dirty. Very few showers and toilets for so many pple. Everyting very disorganised. Would never go back there.

Liked: Was not unreasonably far from services and the tube.

Disliked: Very cramped, even for a London hostel. Not a lot on offer. Wifi was a massive shit fight to get working.

Liked: The only positive thing was that some members of the staff actually tryed to help you. Both of the owners were friendly and also the scottish guy in reception.

Disliked: Leaking room in room 11. Things misteriously dissappearing from the room. (Laptop, chargers, towels...) Breakfast is free, but not even close to continental. When more than 5 people used the free internet at the same time, the server crashed.. Some staff members couldn't speak english and were very inflexible. (with prolonging stays at hostel)

Liked: The hostel is located in a great area and the staff is very helpful. The prices were pretty good, cheaper if you booked online.

Disliked: The 15 person room was a little small. There wasnt enough room to keep your bags in your room without getting in other peoples way. We just had to deal with these problems.

Liked: The location is excellent, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is only a short walk across a gorgeous bridge to Westminster etc.

Disliked: Almost everything on the inside of the building. Bodies are piled up to the ceiling in stinking windowless rooms like a morgue. No hot water at any time of the day or night. The staff wouldn't go out of their way to may your life hard, but they didn't lift a finger to make it any easier either. If all you need is a mattress, a toilet, and internet access it's a good location, otherwise go somewhere else.

Liked: The location was pretty good - especially for the big ben/imperial war museum and the tube was close by - if you want to use the tube. Most of the staff were friendly.

Disliked: One staff member was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. We kept extending our stay and he made us feel as if we were putting him out. They would only give us one map for the entire group as well. The bathrooms are squashy.

Liked: The reception guy was very attentive and felt bad about the situation (we wanted to leave).

Disliked: - The staircase is tight and short, so it´s difficult to bring the luggage upstairs. - The room is veeeery tight, there´s no comfort and if you place the luggage at the floor (there´s no other place anyway), it´s becomes very difficult to walk in the room - There were pipes all over the room - The bathroom is disgusting, the shower was full of lime, the shower drainage was dirty - The loo stayed more than 12 hours without toilet paper - There were 2 showers ans 1 loo for the whole floor, and I had the impression, that the second floor came downstairs to use it too. - Free continental breakfast is a joke: some cereals, milk, coffee, toast, butter and marmelade (sounds ok, but it´s not like that) - Luggage storage lockers? I didn´t see that... - The comunal kitchen is as big as mine: not for more than 5 people - Free WiFi, WHEN you manage to log in

Disliked: When we came they said thet they didn't recive our reservation and thet we cant sleep here but after little fight with hostel stuff they found beds for us.... No hot whater...

Liked: Very little...maybe just the location.

Disliked: Completely lack of organization, people enter the room whatever the time making a lot of noise and turn on the light in the middle of the dawn with no respect about others and staff has no control about that or just does not care about it!

Liked: location is good

Disliked: We were doubled booked, so did not have a bed first night. The showers were bad.

Liked: There were kitchen facilities, though you did have to pay for the use of pots and pans.

Disliked: There was no space in the rooms for luggage and the lockers available were expensive and too small to fit even a small backpack. You did have to make your own bed upon arrival and remove the bedding upon check out which was a hassle.

Liked: Good location, within walking distance to some main attractions. Most importantly it was cheap.

Disliked: One of the members of staff is very hard to deal with, the person was unfriendly and unwilling to help, almost to the point they would make life harder on purpose. Breakfast usually ran out before you were full.

Liked: Good location

Disliked: There are about 50 people on a floor and only 2 showers and 1 bathroom. The rooms were a little cramped and there were no storage lockers in the rooms.

Liked: nothing

Disliked: The toilet was too small, male and female together, no privacy. The kitchen was without tools, cutlery, pots and plates; electric stoves didn't work very well and it was too small to accomodate all guests during breakfast. The room was without windows, a noise fan didn't solve the problem. Ours clothes were removed from the beds the day before we signed out of hostel and they (without slippers) were returned us in a trash bag.

Disliked: V rude and unhelpful staff. Rooms had no windows, light didn't work by bed. Toilets were not great. Couldn't wait to leave.
