Liked: Good location, free WIFI

Disliked: Staff could be nicer. Problems of availibility by booking online

Liked: free wifi if you had your own computer, they had curtains around the beds so if you went to bed early you werent disturbed by the light

Disliked: staff werent that friendly, there was a group of people living there until they found jobs and a place to live who made it really uncomfortable and walked around like they owned the place. No hot showers

Liked: Great value, enough showers (not to be taken for granted). The breakfast is excellent.

Disliked: some of the bulbs were burnt.

Liked: Clean sheets and a good duvet.The curtains and little lights in the bedroom were really good.

Disliked: Only 1 toilet for 20-30 people on a floor, which did not work...urgh The kitchen facilities were not good for cooking- not enough pottery, crockery and no sharp knives.

Liked: Cleanliness, and location were brilliant

Disliked: All but one of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but that one member of the staff team was enough to ruin the whole experience - he was very rude and sexist towards my female friends

Disliked: The room was small without a window and the room was not clean. A bad smell in the room.

Disliked: No security in the lobby; they didn't even ask for passports during check-in. It seemed like anyone could wander in and at a few points people did. 1 tv in common room, not 2. 1 Toilet on our floor of 6. And the toilet was broken. Roof terrace was locked. Triple decker bunk-beds were stuffed into the smallest rooms, and because of the curtains (which were a good idea), it made the middle and top bunks really uncomfortable to get in and out. Staff I dealt with were unhelpful and seemed to have an attitude.

Liked: big common room and free continental breakfast

Disliked: they gave only one bed sheet what is not enough,and the bed matrice is very hard,the bedrooms are packed:a lot of people in one bedroom

Liked: A very cozy hostel with a big living room provided with computers, tv and sofas and a pool table often full of young people to meet and have fun with, especially in the eveninngs.

Liked: The staff was very nice, every time you asked for something they helped you right away.The lobby/social space, was nice too, you could watch tv, chill out, use wifi for free, you could use the kitchen, etc...

Liked: Very close to a metro station, very central, cheap

Disliked: I had a very small room and the breakfast it was simple, but OK

Liked: It is easy to find the Hostel location from Victoria.

Disliked: They did not ready well the facilities before we arrive such as the light bulb was broke, the bed was not clean and clear yet, and certain electronic plug did not work as well..and the Breakfast is totally disAppointed!

Liked: Very conducive and beyond expectations as i was only thinking its a mere small house not knowing its a second home away from home.

Disliked: Everything particularly the staffs who are very helpful and supportive when attention is called.

Liked: Met some amazing people! Awesome times close walk from the tubes, 24hr grocery, generally great!!

Disliked: Bathrooms a bit dirty but not to bad.... Definitely have seen a lot worse!

Liked: It was pretty nice. The curtains around the beds are nice for when people need to turn the light on after you're trying to sleep. The guy at the desk was pretty friendly. There's free breakfast, so that's a plus.

Disliked: The bathrooms were kind of cramped and very busy early in the morning before checkout.
