Disliked: The chamber 8 near the shower is a nightmare. When someone make a shower, there is an horrible noise in the room. The breakfast ends too early. At 9 AM, it's too early.

Liked: It was very clean and was cleaned daily. The common area was huge and well set out and there was a pool table. The beds/mattresses were very clean and so were the dorms. It was nice to get a proper thick doona. The wifi was free. It was pretty close to the tube (say 5 min walk). Free brekky was good (toast, cereal & coffee).

Disliked: Triple bunks are a little awkward if you're in the middle or all the way at the top. There was only two toilets. The showers would not stay on (timed) - they switched off around every 20-30 seconds so it was pretty annoying trying to shower. None of the powerpoints in the dorm worked and there were no powerpoints in the bathroom area for a hairdryer etc. The staff were far not outright rude but they weren't welcoming or friendly either - the guy who checked us in barely said a word so we felt unwelcome from the start. The staff were happy to let people play pool in the common area (2 meters from dorm door) at 1am which surprisingly you couldn't really hear which was good, the dorm was pretty quiet. All cooking equipment wasn't kept in the kitchen, you had to get it from reception which was annoying. The microwave had no turntable so reheating something in a bowl required a balancing act. Also didn't like that there was a large school group staying here.

Liked: They had internet available (at a cost)

Disliked: The room was very small for a 12 bed dorm. They had triple bunks so you couldnt sit up in bed. The rooms were so small there was no where to put your bags and possessions. There were not enough toilets and showers to accomodate everyone.

Disliked: The three tiered bunk beds made the room very crowded and warm. The bathrooms were very dirty and there was only 2 showers and 2 toilets to 50 people. The receptionist when we got there was extremely rude and unhelpful. Have never stayed in a hostel this bad before and cannot recommend any aspect of it. Please do not stay here, it should be shut down.

Disliked: too crowded, 15 beds per small room! understand london but don't understand this degree of greed! other thing: booked bed in 12 people room but been put to 15. little difference still to meany!

Liked: Cleanliness of the rooms.Toilets and electric sockets most of the time broken.

Disliked: People working in the proprety should know every thing about London to be able to assist people who choose to stay in your hostel. Many of my inquiries were left without answers.
