 It was very close to the Gloucester underground station and also near Hyde Part, the Natural history museum and the V&A

It is fantastically clean and the beds are wide and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom facilities are modern and easily cleaned, but there are no self-catering facilities

I found the staff very helpfull and friendly even in the early hours of the morning, and i liked the acessability of the hostil, the rooms were very clean and the downstairs lounge was much appreciated aspecially the coffee.

Great place if you want an alternative to the loud, dirty, alcohol-fuelled hostel experience that seems to abound in London. Lovely staff, spotlessly clean, great breakfast.

Location is excellent for museums and getting into London. Security of personal belongings is excellent. Very good choice for buffet breakfast and it is all you can eat. Also the fact that towels are available for a returnable deposit. The only downside is that there is one ensuite showeroom for 6-10 people and there are no more spare bathrooms on the same floor which can be used.

we were offered free coffee and tea all day(and night long), breakfast was great. very clean, great staff. there is no free internet acces, but there's a museum down the street were you can have one till 6pm (dana center), so it's compensated

The location! It's right outside of the Natural History Museum, and within walking distance to Kensington Gardens and Buckinghams Palace. The atmosphere of the hostel was fun and friendly

This hostel was very clean, very safe and the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The location is AWESOME...basically right off of the South Kensington tube, across from the Natural History Museum. Perfect for tourists! My only critique would be that the bathrooms are very small. Some of the other people in our room did not like that as well. I would definitely stay here again though.

its location was excelllent, the staff were extreamly helpful and friendly, the baggage storage facilities were useful, after we had checked out and the food was nice too!!

The location is excellent and the staff were really friendly. On the whole the hostel was clean and the breakfast was basic but good. Nice atmosphere at the hostel with a good range of ages and nationalities
