I was satisfied with clean room, friendly staff and nice breakfast. But, bath room was very narrow for me. It was like a toilet in a airplane.

The hostel was clean, the staff very helpful and friendly, the location very convenient to the underground, parks etc. My BIG COMPLAINT is the 24 hour check-in policy. That's right, people turning up in your room in the middle of the night, turning on the light, banging away with their luggage and, of course, knocking and shaking the bunk bed you're in. This on the night after I had travelled from o/s and was desperately tired. 3.20am awoken, couldn't get back to sleep. Other hostels if you arrive out of hours you sleep on the couches in the common areas.

What I liked: general cleaniness, modern furnishing of hostel, maid service, lockers conveniently located, breakfast, internet service, location What I think could be improved on: shower: The shower space is a bit cramped. If I was a bit bigger, it would be almost impossible to shower. Also, water easily leaks out onto the floor bunk beds: On my last booking, I was given a room with only bunk beds. I would have preferred a regular bed, but there were none in this room. (Why is that some rooms have regular beds and some do not?) If these bunk beds were made of sturdier material, such as wood, then guests would be able to sleep with less disturbance from their bunk-mates. I was sleeping quite soundly until early in the morning when my bunk-mate began to toss and turn and woke me up. My recommendation is to either provide sturdier bunk beds, or use single beds only and increase the prices. If it isn't economically feasible to use only single beds, then perhaps the hostel could provide some single beds in every room for those guests who really dislike bunks.
